I had a great time at Kunle's game night. Upon arrival, there were warm smiles to welcome me...I felt extreamley welcomed by the team and instantly comfortable. The entire vibe was open and friendly, the free food was so delicious! And the games were fun and got everyone laughing and feeling at ease. I'll definitely be attending another event 🙌😊

Matt ans Shawn delivered my new fridge this morning. They were prompt and profesiional.

Pick up was straight from our hotel, our guide Mustapha made the whole experience fun and easy. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

My babysitter Mae was so friendly and polite. From our first video chat, she came across really personable and chatty. She interacted well with my son which put me at ease. On the day of the sit, she kept me updated with text messages to let me know how my son was doing. I really appreciated her checking in and it made for a great first sit experience.

The customer Rep that dealt with my query was polite, understanding and professional.

This is a scam company!!!! I booked a flight through them to Aberdeen from London Heathrow that was meant to depart on Friday 21st of August and return on Sunday 23rd August. 2 weekd prior to this departure date I find out that Aberdeen went into lockdown and it was announced that no one could travel more than 5 miles from their home abnd people outside of Aberdeen should not visit friends in Aberdeen during this period. (Which was the reason I was meant to travel there) I used the contact form on the esky.co.uk website on 2 occassions and have had no response for almost 3 weeks!!!!! I also contacted British Airways who was the airline that was managing that flight and they have said they cannot arrange a refund until they've had contact from esky.co.uk to do so. I AM DISGUSTED at this do called third party travel company, they are stealing customer's money and making it impossible for customers to follow up. I want a response to my refund request ASAP!!! I was unable to take my trip due to Covid-19 which resulted in the lockdown of Aberdeen City, even though I found out from the BA rep that the flight still took place. Which doesn't make any sense when the city was in lockdown. Esky I want my money back!!!!

Hermes delivery people are terrible, they lie and sometimes even sign a package on your behalf.
