Machine not great. Very difficult to work out where best to put the powder and how much washing to load. I destroyed a top recently as came out all grey even though machine cleaned and nothing in filter.

Text received again this morning re Bill €245.73 still owed even though no landline and no broadband. This new amount included a charge for Modem which was already recorded on EIR system as returned! On 17.11.2023 at 11.50 am approx I was informed by an agent from Eir during an eventual callback that I would not hear from Eir re bill again. Surprise surprise!

We were without landline and broadband for over a month. We contacted Eir by phone and email with no followup from Eir. They took €42.30 on 30th August for NO SERVICE whatsoever. Luckily we were due to change contract. We chose Pure Telecom again and they were able to get the existing Eir problems sorted out quickly for us. Eir's only saving grace is that staff were very pleasant doing a hard job.

We signed up to Eir Broadband plus two mobile phones at €10 each. When changed Broadband to Pure Telecom at only €35 a month Eir mobile phones increased to €20 each. Now bill came in at €61.92. One mobile phone is hardly used at all. Will be cancelling both mobile phone Accounts ASAP. Very disappointed.
