I am very pleased with the professionalism of these guys! All other logistics must look up to Panther how to do their job as Panther are brilliant into this! Speedy, easy, communicated through each process and ensuring that the customer will be at home on the day and hour of the delivery. Loved that they also call you an hour earlier to ensure you or someone else will be there to pick it up, especially helpful for disabled customers like me.

From worst to WORST!!! Paid for Dedicated SERVER on 12 month contract. Promised to be delivered within 24 hours - I have not received any services delivered for 5 days and by the look for a week and still ongoing. I have tried to contact the support, submitted 2 tickets, ringed 3 times the office during the working hours none of the support has not picked either the support tickets nor the phone call! Been waiting for 45 minutes listening to a melody music over the phone charging me money and for what? FOR WHAT? FOR NOTHING!

Worst company ever with the worse customer care team! I believe there is no such thing as a customer care or customer service as it's non-existent one. I've changed to a desktop and also changed my phone and my mobile operator. I've submitted the ticket to have my account restored and two factor to be disabled from my account so I can access it. It's been 2 months now, nobody came back to my ticket. Such a company with non-existent customer service! Don't DON'T EVER use Patreon for making business!

Recently bought GTOmega Sport edition and I instantly loved it. The delivery took 1 day to process and receive it which was quick and pleasant, professional and also it's so comfy. I literally felt asleep on it during my first time sitting in it. Strongly recommend you to go for GT Omega!

The worst game company ever. Their games have 0 protection and are flooded with cheaters that never get banned accordingly. They allowed them to play no matter what. Also their games are optimised and poorly made. The customer care team are the worst and less skilled and knowledgeable. Their games are crashing constantly and the customer service always denies that it's their issues when the error code is pointing into their own issues. Servers are even worst and they never do anything to get them better. DO NOT EVER EVER PLAY ANY GAMES ON UBISOFT. ALSO THEY ARE THE WORST EMPLOYER, DON'T GO FOR THEM!

I bought a PC recently and I instantly loved it. It runs so smooth and meet all my expectations and requirements. Also the customer service is wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable, quick response and resolved my matter within an hour or two, even after 17:30. Highly recommend using AWD-IT!
