Scam - I returned the dress as requested...they are saying its in customs and wait... over a month now.... refusing to refund me - they know the rubbish they tried to pass off as silk - AVOID

Eamon was fantastic...he called to confirm arrival time, was very polite, professional and extremely efficient. He had everything he needed to complete the job and left the area spotless.

I ordered boots and shoes- on 14th April, the boots eventually arrived but no shoes... its over two months now ( c12th June) that I have requested a refund - they keep saying its with the finance department... its such a large amount of money I am scared I will not see it again. I will take it further on principal and see what the authorities can do for me.... I am so upset and feel as though they have lied to me for 4 months now... why? either they have the items or they don't... why continue to advertise and take money if they don't have the goods.... four months..... very upsetting don't ever order here ... not professional or honourable

almost laughable... eventually (3rd call) spoke to supervisor - again was told to go to a store to rectify their mistake... I asked him to call the store I was in last night (over 80 mins between waiting and trying to sort out their mess) and guess what... they cant make calls...... PARDON .. you are a phone company..... nope he insisted he couldn't contact them.... again I repeated you are a mobile/broadband company.... and he stuck to his guns.. nope he had no way to make contact with them ...
