I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Selfridges' handling of my recent return. I purchased a dress that, unfortunately, did not fit me — I was unable to even try it on properly. I returned it in the exact condition I received it, unworn and unused.

To my shock, I was later informed by Selfridges that the return had been rejected due to a "pen mark" and supposed "signs of wear." This is simply not true. I believe this is either an error in their returns process or, frankly, an attempt to make me pay for a product I couldn’t use. It feels like a scam.

As a customer, I trusted Selfridges to handle returns fairly and professionally. Instead, I’ve been left with a costly item I cannot wear, and no proper explanation or resolution. I expected better from a high-end retailer and now I feel completely let down.

Buyers beware: If anything goes wrong, don’t expect Selfridges to take responsibility.

They delivered my parcel smashed

They delivered my parcel smashed, i tried to claim but no answer no proper customer service. Is impossible to speak with a real person they just don’t care, looks like my vase has been used has a soccer ball ! Impossible to claim my parcel insurance back ! Just a joke. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t use them!!!!

If there was a chance to give 0 star out of 5 this would have been the case.
Extremely poor customer service. They keep reply with a standard email. And i never got my February box. Just a waste of money. Plus they deliver with hermes. Well know as a worst delivery company ever !

This company is just a joke!

Worst company ever, when I move into my flat we set a new contract for £78 for a month, however, they keep sending me bill for £120, I been calling them 5 times and they told me they were sending a new bill with the right amount, and not to worry, today they send me a letter saying if I don't pay today they will cut my electricity and gas power. Be aware this is a terrible company with the worst customer service ever. Totally unuseful! They don't even deserve one star!

two weeks delay and no update

Very disappointed with this website, I did order an item on the 30th October the dispatch was scheduled on the 24th November, I chase them Today 26 November because I didn't receive any update, they told me there is about two weeks delay for my order to be dispatch (plus I have to wait for delivery) and no one has sent me an update or an email to inform me or say sorry, sure if there is a problem with stock you have been informed earlier. Of course, after my email, they sent an update.
Very poor organization. I don't recommend to buy expensive stuff from them.
