I am so happy with how helpful, supportive Matt Hill and the team were. Supported me all the way. Was hassle free and felt so safe as they not only check the car but also the dealer, knew I was in safe hands. Thank you so much for a great helpful supportive experience. Very good rates too!!

Im sorry these may be good insurers but…

Im sorry these may be good insurers but to not be able to speak to a human on the phone is absolutely stressful for me. It has been... I've not long took out insurance with you 1st time and will be the last, I've since sold my car and am looking at a car tomorrow so needed advice on cover etc... It has been time consuming and stressful! as it may have been explained about this I didn't read it is like this I will not be renewing because of this... :( I hate I can't talk to someone on the phone!!!

So so so annoying with forever emails saying I've not ordered yet also, i have ordered!!! I've rang in spoke to them.. Still had emails! Annoying! Will see how it goes because it's handy being posted but that's it.. If I keep getting bombarded i will leave it!

I am very sorry about this. Having reviewed the account it does appear that the reminder cycle is now set up correctly in line with your medications.

The reminders are set based on the last time an order was dispatched, the reminder will be sent to you when you have about 2 weeks medication remaining, providing the reminder cycle is set correctly for the prescription quantity.

If you are not receiving the reminders at the correct time you can add and edit the reminders within your account online. To do this, login to your account then select the Your Account box, you will then see a menu on the left hand side, select the reminder service option, here you can add and edit reminders and also update the reminder cycle. This will then ensure you are getting the reminders when needed as you will be setting these. To do this on the APP when you login select the Your Reminders option, here you will be able to set the reminders when you need them.

If I don't get any acknowledgement I will go to trading standards your service is awful! You charge the earth and my tree worked for 1 Christmas! Waste of money and time with you! Email me someone

Awful awful service! I wrote a honest review about y xmas tree cost £125 worked for one Christmas, when I bought it! You replied apologising and to email at the email address given, I have emailed twice!! You have not replied you have not acknowledged my problem at all! Shame on you! Please answer me!!!??

Absolutely awful company and item!

Absolutely awful company and products! I brought a pre lit white Christmas tree £125 just last Christmas 2019. I only had it up 2 weeks. Packed it away in the original box it came and taped it. Me and my boy were so excited getting out, setting it up for xmas. Set it up but only the bottom lights worked. I was so upset, i obviously only brought it last xmas so for it to not work is not right. And the worse thing is WeRChristmas will not do anything about it just saying it's out of warranty. Well i guess it would be, it will only come out for the next Christmas time, so once a year! I am so upset there is no acknowledgement, understanding, apology! This tree was not cheap! Not for me to buy but cheaply made to not work again! Totally disappointed awful service!
** If you resolve this I of course will take this review down and rewrite... The tree was only used for a couple of weeks! Maxine

Dont want to give a star awful service and experience!!

Dont want to give a star. Absolute awful service and experience! Do not just have a quote on phone, i said i have a 2 bedroom house worth with garden furniture and things in shed, lawnmower the usual. They quoted me an amount. They arrived 2 hours late! The guys said they only got told the night before of the time to which time they had something planned before coming to me. I had an engineer coming to the new place. They eventually arrived in a top luton van, that they thought could move a 2 bedroom house as explained. Im a hairdresser not a removals person so i wouldn't know about this. So of course not everything fitted and then they used another small van and still was not able to bring all my things from an hours drive away! They took forever to get to my new home we, myself and 10 yr old sat for hours without anything. When they finally arrived the bill went up sunstantial that i did not have that money to pay. They then drove off with all our belongings! My son was so upset and worried, as I was! They called with a negotiation of what i only had to pay to bring our belongings and unload. Half of the men were not in a good physical state to be doing this kind of job. One in particular kept tripping and could nit lift heavy up stairs, or anywhere. I had numerous breakages! My 65" tv does not work included! It was a horrendous ordeal and have learnt to go with professionals and who come out see what contents there is. I really hope people read reviews first and be careful who you use for your delicate possessions. These guys do not take this into account! My old neighbour called me said they're dragging your mattress in the wet on your grass. Awful company awful management!
