I placed my order for next day delivery as I needed the item the day after delivery paid £5.99 for next day then received an email telling me it was delayed and I didn't receive the item for 4 days after order.

Purchase arrived before time I was given a 2 hour delivery window which is helpful. Courier was cortious and friendly

The delivery was arranged promptly, I was kept informed when delivery was due and was contacted on the day with a 2 hour window, which was great.

I am really pleased with the tiles which I ordered. Ordering was easy, delivery only took a few days and I was kept informed of delivery day and time. Driver was very helpful and managed to get the palet as near to my garage as possible.
When I checked the tiles one was broken I contacted Tile Mountain and explained this to them, there were no problems and I received the replacement tile the following day.

I ordered a Christmas wreath which was beautiful and well worth the money £22 plus I had a £5 voucher from previous purchases.
I hung the wreath on the my front door by the string which was attached to the wreath unfortunately the wreath came away from the string and fell to the floor snapping the wreath in half. The following day I contacted Dibor to explain to them what had happen I also sent pictures showing the broken wreath. They were most apologetic and 2 days later I received a new wreath, I have now trying the wreath but have added extra support to ensure it does not call again. I have ordered from Dibor and nothing is too much trouble they were quick to resolve the problem without any delay which was great for me. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.Thanks
