I have been receiving 2 to 3 letters a day for over a year now, from this company, for someone who doesn't live here. I've loved here for 6 years and never heard of them. Every letter is sent back marked up as Not At This Address but they continue to arrive. I have tried to contact them but as I don't know the case number (not my mail so I won't open it) they won't help. I only know its this company from googling the return address on the envelope.
Surely the amount wasted on postage is more than any fine this person must owe. Please stop sending letters

Unfortunately the dress looks nothing like it did online, the sizing is way out and you have to pay to return it, overall a really disappointing experience
