An excellent call with the member of staff. Having not travelled for may years and having medical conditions I was grateful for the easy way everything was explained. Help and guidance was given when needed and all answers were double checked. We worked steadily through the process and I was pleased that it was all completed successfully. Now looking forward to my trip.
Easy to order and informed of progress to begin with. Due to the delay I had to contact customer service to look into the reason. Very helpful. Liason with DPD from Harringtons staff helped. Just disappointing the whole process took 6 days.

I always order by phone and have received excellent customer service. Always a friendly member of staff ready to help and deal with any queries, approx. delivery time etc. Prompt delivery and suitably packaged. Have used this company for many years and would highly recommend.
Another excellent experience in purchasing my chosen item. Ordering was easy and regular updates on how it was progressing, delivery times and carrier information was very helpful. Easy to use website and ordering process. Regular updates on progress of dispatch and delivery. I ordered a mini engraved mug and am very pleased with it. I have a collection of these with the names of my dogs on past and present which adorn the tree and Christmas but are on show throughout the year.
