After almost a year of biweekly groceries I have gotten 2 good orders. Missing items that I’m
Charged for, melted warm ice cream, chicken left on front porch in 90 degree weather. I have never gotten cold food that is supposed to be cold. They do not use coolers! One shopper ties all the bags together so a senior like myself has to go out with scissors, cut up the bags, and put groceries in other bags to bring in. I can’t pick up heavy bags all tied together. Awful awful delivery!
The delivery is free so I continue and pray each time that I get everything in good condition.

Awful. No communication. Order is either wrong or incomplete. No one contacts me! I thought they are supposed to send a text when they start shopping. I’ll stick with Kroger and instacart.

Shipping is just plain slow. If you need something within two weeks, shop elsewhere. Calling customer service is a waste of time.
So disappointed within the past year. What happened JCP????
