The photographer was on time, and explained everything really well. We left him to measure the rooms and take the pictures, if he thought we could change anything he let us know and gave us time to change things before the shots.

Experience with evri is always okay but this time my delivery was left outside and no notes inside to help me find it.. it was in the rain and I only checked my emails the next day which is when I figured out I received the delivery in the first place

Love the experience with perfocal, I had the freedom to choose my photographer, at first I wasn’t confident with the photographer that was allocated to me because after seeing his portfolio I got the vibe he won’t be good with the sort of shoot I was looking for, I called up perfocal and they happily changed the photographer to someone who was perfect! She came and did the shoot, we enjoyed it so much and my daughter loved it! The pictures look amazing and they were really quick!

I had ordered a corned mattress from here, I then received an email saying it’s on it way on Tuesday with DPD tracking code.. after waiting the whole day on Tuesday I called the store on Wednesday and the lady said that FPS have not been given the parcel but I should receive it today - as in Wednesday, but I didn’t and so I called back on Thursday and the most rude person was on the other end who was being awfully abrupt I couldn’t take on her attitude any further so asked for the manager to call who, bless her was very helpful and I received the mattress on Friday.
The customer service was utterly poor until the manager called back. However I’d hate to think that in order to receive any help you’d need to speak to the manager all the tine

I orders 2 dinner sets and casserole dishes, the order was received quickly, there was a damaged dish so I had rang them up and they resolved the issue very quickly too.
