Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Not UK Call Centre . Speak to foreigners who can’t speak proper English. I don’t understand them and they don’t understand me. Waste of time trying to get a complaint resolved 😡😡😡😡

Got told parcel would be with me by 9 o…

Got told parcel would be with me by 9 o clock that evening waited till 11pm didn’t come. Got message next day stating I wasn’t in and they left card both were totally untrue. Phoned to complain but didn’t get any explanation or apology. Didn’t arrive till next day. Very poor customer service :rage::rage::rage:

After agreeing to wait 6 weeks for bedroom furniture to be delivered I got call day before delivery that parts are missing and can’t be delivered with no notice of when it will be delivered or any offer of compensation ABSOLUTE DISGRACE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN 😡😡😡
