Ignore the previous review of 1 star, I also had a dental infection over the Easter holidays and found this company late at night whilst in agony - I filled out all the details and updated them during the night as my symptoms worsened. I was also asked to send a photo due to reporting swelling (which I did) and my case was reviewed and I had confirmation or a prescription being issued later the following morning. Had I managed to find a pharmacy that was open on Easter Sunday or Monday, I’d have had the prescription in less than 24 hours - as it was, it was collected this morning and I’m hopefully now on the mend. I didn’t know this service existed until I started looking but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Usual ring and run.

Usual ring and run.
Large cardboard parcel left in the rain without knowing if anyone was in. Fortunately only the cardboard made soggy and not the product inside. Good job I was in and opened the door to see the driver walking off my drive. Not really an acceptable service as the contents could have been damaged had it been longer in the rain.

No Response Still Awaiting Samples

Ordered some samples over a month ago. Chased several times by email and tried phoning. No responses except for the initial order confirmation - luckily for not much money.
I can only think seeing other very recent one star reviews this firm has gone out of business so best avoided ! Even if they haven’t I wouldn’t order again from them as too slow and unprofessional.

Communication is terrible and don’t…

Communication is terrible and don’t believe the ‘reserve’ price! Eager at first, to the point of annoyance but once you actually want them to do something, the communication just stopped. We were offered below the reserve but initially decided to go ahead. We then changed our minds and tried to cancel but despite numerous emails (there is no point in calling as you just wait forever) the dealer continued to chase us until I told him myself that the deal was off. They probably still think it’s going through!

Dewalt Pole Hedge Trimmer (bare)

Trimmer was competitively priced and was delivered very quickly. Actual trimmer is very impressive and cuts through thick hedging easily. Also the trimmer is surprisingly quiet and my 2.0Ah batteries lasted longer than expected. Would recommend Data Tools and buy from them again.

Fantastic service! We hadn’t bought a house for 30 years but Bishopsgate Law and in particular, Yana and Jasmin, guided us through every step. Communication is appalling

Communication is appalling so I paid for a sewing machine that was in stock but it didn’t arrive and after a week with zero communication I cancelled. I was initially told I couldn’t cancel (!) as it was already despatched, only to be told the following day they didn’t know where it was! Only gave two stars as the refund was promptly processed.

Nightmare!

Jury is out on the actual mattress - it’s like sleeping on a concrete slab, no give at all! Will give it a bit longer but it will most likely go back. However the real nightmare was delivery - ordered for delivery on a certain day, but it came a full 24 hours early, box ripped to pieces and dumped in my hallway ‘as can’t come in’ - it’s so heavy, nearly broke my wrist trying to wrestle the stupid thing out of the way of the door - thank goodness I live in a bungalow! Customer services not in the least bit interested. Use a better courier you cheapskates! Would I bother again? Most definitely not!

We're sorry to hear that you aren't getting on with your eve mattress. The mattress can feel quite firm at first, but it will soften slightly with a bit of use (similar to breaking in a new pair of leather shoes). We do hope that the mattress starts to feel more comfortable for you, but if it doesn't we can always arrange a return for you within your 100-night trial.

It's a shame to hear that your delivery arrived a day early and that the boxes were damaged upon arrival. This is certainly not how we expect our parcels to be delivered, so we do appreciate you letting us know about this so that we can follow this up with our couriers.
