Great experience, I bought really nice silk plants, and frozen rat pups, and both arrived as expected. The rat pups were very uniform, clean and fresh and after defrosting still looked perfect so my girl loves them, but as an owner it’s the delivery and quality that matters and I have bought from many places, many cheaper, but will continue buying here as quality and delivery are ten out of en. Thank you

I bought live plants, various, for my vivarium, and they arrived in perfect condition and were really robust and strong, better than advertised. They are thriving in their new habitat and will use for all my future plants as been disappointed by other retailers. Also, the tracking and postage was excellent. Thank you

Had a great experience with a very heavy multiple box delivery. The company called in the morning to confirm a time and arrived when stated. The two delivery men (M129 & M197) were fantastic - polite, considerate and respected my property and request - I live in an upstairs flat and the carried the boxes to where I wanted to assemble the wardrobe and asked if they could do anymore to help, I think the service is first class and would like to thank the company and delivery men as I also live in a very remote area and don’t expect such professionalism and helpful people who were in no hurry and cared so much about my delivery. Thank you again and hope my next delivery will also be the same team.

I had great experience with the people at SELT at Edinburgh. The lady at reception was really helpful and friendly. Ursula also really nice. She helped to calm my nerves. She knows what she was doing and I got referred to Nick who checked my BR and information. He is also very helpful and professional too. My examiner was Florentine who was very nice and who mad me really comfortable to speak. I would like to say thank to everyone at SELT at Edinburgh.
