A great experience in making our dream home
My wife and I had the intimidating and potentially expensive prospect of having our entire new house to carpet as it was completly empty. However, after a friend suggested Carpetright we contacted them and immediately got a free quote and great advice. We were left to think about our options with no pressure or sales tactics.
When we visited the shop to choose carpets the team were extremely professional and supportive, and explained the various deals in detail. We realised that we could do everything easily and get better quality carpets than we originally hoped for with a great deal and easy affordable interest free monthly payments.
We are incredibly happy with our deal and experience, particularly with John who explained everything in detail, did not pressure us and gave great advice and was patient with our changing decisions. A long review, but simply a great experience with friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff and great deals and range of carpets. A scary task made simple and enjoyable, and like my friend, I would recomemd Carpetright to all my other friends.
