I was very pleased with Ellie's help in sorting out our yearly holiday insurance. Because of the Corona virus I was given roughly half the amount back towards another years insurance. I chose 12 months insurance to be activated at a later date. When my husband came home he thought it better if we went for the 15 months insurance starting immediately. I phoned the same day & spoke to Katie to ask if we could change the 12 months to 15 months. Katie told me she would email her manager & he/she would send me an email within 2 - 3 working days. That was Friday 12th June & I am still waiting for the email. I would have rated Staysure 5 stars otherwise. I also spoke to John & he said he could see I was waiting for an email.

When I phone to book a holiday, the staff are very helpful. We were given a reduction for the last 2 holidays booked.

I was told a price at time of booking, but when I received the confirmation it showed about £50 more. I phoned about the discrepancy & spoke to Nick the original salesman, who has sorted it all out for us even deducting another £10.

Very helpful when I accepted Comprehensive instead of Basic & had to change it at hockey to myself.
