I find him very professional and approachable ,has a good sense of humour and feel very comfortable with him .

I ordered items from damart for xmas delivery .
I was advised by damart they would be delivered by Hermes .
I received an email on 20th December from Hermes that the delivery was delayed and no further emails or contact from hermes .
I contacted damart after xmas and finally I received my parcel on 2nd January .
I am very unhappy with the late delivery as it was a xmas present and also the complete lack of communication from Hermes regarding where my parcel was despite me sending messages for an update .

Love tails.com, So easy to order and make changes . My little dog loves the food and her coat is shiny, she never has any constipation now since we changed her to tails . She loves the little treats too .
I never worry about running out as always plenty until next order and great to have it delivered to the door .
