My order was cancelled on 21st July as this company could not fulfill their own delivery timescales today is 19th August.
I am still waiting on a large refund as had ordered 10 doors!
All I get is emails saying they are sorry.
I don't want sorry I want my money back in my bank account, where is it? How can it possibly take this long?

Ordered, delivery times stated 3-7 business days. 10 days later still no update. Contacted by email and they were unable to provide a delivery date so order cancelled.
Payment was made on 12th July. Order cancelled 21st July.
Still no refund was told 28days whuch I was unhappy about considering the amount of money they still have, emailed again and was told they would mark this as priority and should be 10-15 days. Still nothing. Ridiculous policy, where is my money.

Joanne is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about our chosen destination and needed a couple of different options for travellers, Joanne made this fuss free and easy for me. Its my second booking and won't be the last.

Very quick response to my query with the information that I needed from Imran. No fuss no queues, exactly the service required for a busy working mother. Thanks Imran for your speedy and knowledgeable reply.
