Great quality product with a great…

Great quality product with a great mission behind it. Really is a fantastic price and having a subscription means I don’t have to lug anything to and from the supermarket and never run out. Always a good service from DPD delivering too.

Review of ASOS

Never Any Problems!

I am surprised at the bad reviews on here. Part of me is wondering whether I’m just lucky but I have ordered things from ASOS more times than I can even count without any issues whatsoever. I do pay for unlimited next day delivery. This isn’t guaranteed at the moment which is perfectly understandable considering we are in the midst of a pandemic.

Being able to use Klarna is a huge plus and has totally enhanced the ASOS shopping experience but even prior to that it’s always been great. The choice is huge and the quality of own branded products is far superior to their competitors (I’m looking at you all you Love Island runner up endorsed girl brands).

One major plus for me is the ease of returns. Thank you for going paper free. It is so easy, you just select why and what you’re returning through their app or website and then you have plenty of choice what to do next. I choose to return via ASDA which is absolutely ideal instead of waiting in for couriers or having to work around Post Office opening times.

For your favourite brands and great quality and value own brand clothing, footwear and accessories, great offers and speed and ease of delivery, returns and various ways to pay you can’t beat ASOS.

Review of Selfridges

Quick Delivery, Great Customer Service

The website and app are both very easy to use and provide good descriptions of products. The delivery service and speed of processing orders is excellent. The only suggestion I’d have is to offer more ways to return items. I use ASOS a lot because I can return things via ASDA but to return with Selfridges I am having to wait for a DPD courier to come and collect. Surely it would save Selfridges money and be better environmentally for me to be able to drop it off at somewhere other than a Post Office (mine isn’t close to me and doesn’t have great opening hours - plus I don’t trust the Royal Mail, had too many things go missing with them).

I have shopped in the Manchester, London and Birmingham Selfridges before and it’s always an excellent shopping experience!

Review of Sunglass Hut

Order Not Processed

I had a lot of trouble ordering through their website despite me providing credit card details and PayPal. When I checked social media it was apparent other people were having the same issue with the website. A bug, ok it happens.

I tried to order again later on in the day and was still having the same issue. I reached out to them and they asked me to DM them. I did. Almost a week later no response and no response to the email I sent them either.

Eventually their website worked again. Instead of ordering the 2 sunglasses I wanted I bought one £200 pair from Selfridges and just ordered the one from them (that wasn’t available at Selfridges).

My Sunglass Hut order has still not been processed. I have received and even exchanged the pair I got from Selfridges already. I wish I had read TrustPilot reviews before using Sunglass Hut as it looks as if I won’t be getting my sunglasses for a long time or any response from customer services. They have plenty of time to post work out videos on Instagram though?

Review of Monzo

Ditch your traditional bank

Monzo is so refreshing from the traditional banks. Everything is simple and easy, no long telephone banking numbers to remember and a million security questions you’re not even sure you set, no call centres in lands afar... As a result I am much more confident in managing my finances. Dealing with my previous bank, it genuinely gave me anxiety but everything is transparent on Monzo. I never thought I’d ever gain any sense with money but it has given me that.

I have got my family and close friends on Monzo now which is super convenient - in a couple of taps I can send/request money. So much easier than doing manual bank transfers and quicker than writing cheques.

I LOVE the pots feature! I’m saving left right and centre now. Travelling abroad is a breeze, no need to tell Monzo and no fees abroad! I’ve lost my card before and instead of having to call and be on hold for 20 minutes as was the situation with my last bank, I can just tap to freeze my card and tap to get a new one.

Monzo I’ll never leave you!
