VIPCars were of great help with a recent dispute with a local rental car company. It was easy to engage with them and they supported me all the way when the rental company made a frivolous damage claim. I will certainly use them if available for my future car rental requirements.
Skyscanner has not only provided me with a great overview of prices and options for flights and rental cars for many years, in a recent dispute with a local rental car company, they also supported me and the broker who arranged the car rental. Great service - thanks !
Unfortunately very slow handling of my order. This is a problem if the medication is needed urgently.

I was totally blown away by both the ease to transfer my blog to paper via the APP, by the speed of service and by the quality of the finished product. Excellent work, great communication as well. Highly recommendable (as a lot of people before me found as well.....)
Nachdem ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen habe, wird mir so einiges so einiges klar..... Habe ebenfalls ein Batterieproblem mit meiner 4 Monate alten Suunto 9 Peak Pro. Kundendienst sowohl über die Website, über Facebook Messenger und E-mail komplett hoffnungslos.
Keine Kommunikation, keine Unterstützung.
Bin der Marke seit über 10 Jahren treu gewesen und habe regelmässig neue Modelle gekauft, aber dies ist nun der totale Abstieg. Ich frage mich, was da beim Management schief läuft? Sehe mich nicht mehr in der Lage dort eine weitere Uhr zu kaufen und muss jedem/r stark davon abraten dies in der Zukunft zu tun.
Eine ehemals tolle europäische Firma, die scheinbar aufgegeben hat.....

Tried several times to place an order and received a message that "something" went wrong. No real support from the head quarter. I have ordered a lot from them in the past, but I am now happy to give up on them ...... That a shame, this used to be a good service
Virginmedia is overcharging loyal customers and trying to get in touch with them to change or to stop your account with them is a nightmare. Overall customer service is poor.

Wieder einmal versucht über Fleurop zu bestellen. Der Prozess ist langwierig und es kommen jede Menge Extrakosten dazu. Wollte schließlich den Kauf abschließen, da ging die ganze Bestellung verloren ......("Oh, da lief etwas schief!.....) und man hätte wieder ganz von vorne anfangen müssen ........ Hoffnungslos !...(Habe früher viel über Fleurop bestellt)

Tried this website to book a ferry journey from Helsinki to Tallinn. The transaction was straight forward but there were a lot of irrelevant cabin options listed (the journey just takes 2 hours….) and it was not possible to book a journey with a dog. So overall not too impressed…..
All the previous bad reviews reflect our own experience - test results often delayed by several days and we are now certain the Royal Mail is not to blaim. My day 5 early release result arrived in the night between day 7 and 8 and my wife is still waiting for hers (day 8+) - in the meantime she has already submitted her day 8 sample. This company doesn’t appear to be able to handle the current demand for tests (if they ever have….). Best avoid and look for a different provider.
DBSchenker praesentiert sich als internationale Spedition enttaeuscht aber soweit bei allen meinen Lieferungen (sowohl in Deutschland als auch im Ausland (UK)). Hatte gestern ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine ueber DBSchenker in Bayern anliefern lassen. Da ich ein Handy mit britischer Vorwahl verwende war es weder moeglich mir SMS Nachrichten zu schicken oder mich wie gebeten 1 Stunde vor Anlieferung anzurufen. Mit Glueck war ich zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung zuhause. Auch war DBSchenker nicht in der Lage das Lieferfenster zwischen 8 - 16 Uhr weiter einzugrenzen. Hierdurch ging mir ein kompletter Arbeitstag verloren. Ich halte diesen Service weder fuer zeitgemaess noch fuer kundenfreundlich und werde versuchen diese Spedition in Zukunft zu meiden.
Wollte Preisvergleich.de zum Kauf eines DSL Anschlusses verwenden - dies war nur moeglich mit einer deutschen Handynummer (Festnetz auch nicht moeglich). Habe leider nur ein britisches Handy. Der - zugegeben - freundliche Kundendienst riet mir, mir eine Nummer auszudenken.....
Habe dann ein anderes Portal gewaehlt. Das geeinte Europa ist bei Preisvergleich.de noch nicht angekommen.....

This is the third car I have been selling to webuyanycar. The whole sale process is straight forward and all the sales people I dealt with have been very helpful and understanding, explaining every detail of the process. As long as one is not expecting exactly the quoted price, there is not much chance disappointment for. Great service !
Another company that is crafty adding charges at the end...... Tried to book a seemingly cheaper flight with BA to London through them - in the end their price turned out higher than with BA directly. They tried to add a lot of charges throughout the process and they made you feel bad by clicking these add-ons constantly away.
There should be no place for these companies on the travel market. Will not try to use them again
Your return mechanism is certainly neither fast nor simple.....you sent me wrongly sized running shoes and despite of several attempts to get in touch with you, I still have not received a return label or instructions on how I can obtain correctly sized shoes. I tried to communicate with you both by Whats Up and by e-mail. My order number is 3124793.
Really disappointed and considering now further steps....

If you receive a defective/damaged or wrong item, please follow the process below:
Step 1: Log in to MY ACCOUNT
Sign in to your account by using your email address and password and please select My orders.
Step 2: Select order/item
Please click on the order and select the damaged/defective or wrong item/s. Please choose your return reason.
Step 3: Information/pictures
To process your claim we kindly ask you to provide us with a brief description about the defect/difference as well as at least one picture where the damage/defect/difference can be shown. Pictures can be attached directly to the form. In case of your parcel arrived damaged and you did already sign the receipt, we need you to provide us within 4 days with additionally information as:
- Picture of the damaged item - Picture of the parcel, label as well as the damage of the parcel.
Step 4: Process
Once we could receive any required information, we will review your request as quickly as possible.
We are unable to accept reclamations for the following defects:
- Damaged due to incorrect or intense usage. - Increased perspiration. - Colour transfer (i.e. jeans colouring socks blue). - Damaged due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals. - Articles that cause physical discomfort i.e. blisters.
