Worst experience from the time we…

Worst experience from the time we answered the door. It was lies, high pressure sales.
So there is so much to start with. First someone comes knocking on our door, my wife answered, the young man use their " We are going to be in the neighborhood next week, would you mind if we came and did a quick window estimate? " My wife said ONLY IF THEY JUST DO A QUCK ESTIMATE AND LEAVE- NO PUSHY SALES and WE AR NOT IN THE MARKET but would like to see the quote. When the salesman came it was the worse experience you can imagine, I work out of my home office, was VERY busy and the very young and PUSHY salesman insisted I come in and listen to his pitch. He proceeded with a 2 1/2 hour sales pitch that used every known sales trick from donating to Children's Charity, pulling out huge suitcases of sales props, I made it clear the whole time that we were NOT in the position to spend money on windows. He argued with me and this very young in his late 20s telling me how to run my finances. The worst thing that insulted us is to try to sell our duplex small home windows for $21000 plus! The patio door alone was over $5k. Then he used the old 'Well we can use you as advertising program ' bs sales gimmick. His whole pitch was gimmicks and I feel sorry for poor defenseless elderly folk they prey on, They need to be stopped or file lawsuits, He tried to tell us that 11 year payments were fine and we are in our 70's , at a high interest rate. It was shameful and the person who comes to your door gets paid whether you buy or not so he is going to lie to get them to sic their pitbull of a salesman. I am going on every review site, Trustpilot, BBB and filing a complaint. I am going to see if their are others so we can file a class action suit on behalf of others that have been abused by this type of sales.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews- Spotty service

I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews. I used ATT for many years, I thought it was slow because of 50 MBPS and Spectrum was supposedly faster. Now the speed doesn't seem to matter much when it comes to downloads or streaming.
Since I have had Spectrum there has been several outages, out of the blue when I needed them.
My WIFI is terrible, I have to not use it for my phone and depend completely on my Verizon phone service.
I will look for another and get rid of Spectrum.

Brello- Victims of their own Success! Love to Hate them lol

I love Brello and sent them many new patients but I think they are a victim of their own success. They have slow to respond customer service but TERRIBLY SLOW delivery time, They show they sent to pharmacy a 10 days ago and I have yet to receive notice that it has been shipped, I am out because the consultation process stalled a week just to get approval.

UPDATE 9/30/2025
Got my meds today, only went a few days without. Still one of the better deals in the business. Intake is slow so be prepared, shipping is slow process but dependable.
I may beat up on them when they drop the ball but I am quick to edit my review and give them props when they come through. Thanks Brello, I will tell my followers you are the bomb biggity.

They advertise loans at 11,21% but when you fill out forms, it is over 21% , almost as high as credit cards we are trying to consolidate.
This is deceptive and I would not do business with any company that lies so blatantly.

Super.com has great discounts and Customer Service

So I originally posted a scathing review of Super.com because I had felt that they had been billing me reoccurring without my consent. To their credit, they contacted me immediately, cancelled my subscription, and refunded my payments.
They contend that I had to have approved the subscription in order to have initiated it. Now I am not refuting this, I do not remember doing it BUT I can not be sure. I am not sure of the wording it may of enticed me at the time? I am human and subject to impulse buying or error. So I am editing my review. Any company that responds so quickly to customers complaints is worthy of praise. I have dealt with others that tell you that there is no refunds and nothing they can do, Super.com was not like that.
The fact is that when I used Super.com, I was very happy and they provided real savings on my hotel booking. Even greater than my CLC Lodging membership. That has been my go-to for years. I will now always look for the Super..com discount first.

Never Again - fell for the old bait and switch - AGAIN

So I quit using Door Dash for the lack of customer service, and bait and switch deceptive advertising. Months later, after constant offers of great discounts, I try them again. Sure 30% off of three orders sounds good. After I place the order using the link from the email, I order thinking that the discount would be added. WRONG! I recommend using GrubHub, they are easier to use, transparent, and don't play games with consumers.

Great Price- Service ?? Still evaluating

UPDATE;
Out of the blue, we were notified that they do not ship to Texas, Florida. Then they started posting that they have a daily shipment limit so you would have to gamble with your payment and hope that you MIGHT get your shipment, probably late, and they would refund your payment. We all know it takes up to 10 days to get money back on your credit card. Then there is the extra hassle of watching your cc company to see if you got your refund, Then you have to find another reputable Provider. Well we found the best, perfect, OrderlyMeds. I started a FB group for all of us wanting to be part of a community and share our Journey- Semiglutide & Tirzepatide -My weight loss Journey. Please join.
Having said all of that, if Brello gets their issues together, they may be cheaper but the way they did us will be hard to forget.
We - my Wife and I have been on a weight loss journey for the last 7 months. We have subscribed to several of the well known weight loss GLP-1 providers and had varying results. The ones that provided the best service were the one that had membership fees, or higher price. Maybe there is a correlation - you get what you pay of so to speak. So as for me, I have not seen great results with Semiglutide, and after reaching the maximum dosage, didn't lose much. Wife has also reached a plateau. So I started investigating different Tirzepetide offers. I am very active on social media, and run a social media Network so I asked my members - Brello came up as the better offer than most. I want to say they were thorough n their evaluation assessment , better than any. Customer service is quick to respond However in our journey , Orderly Meds who my wife is now using are very backed up and slow. Now I am experiencing the same backed up, taking much longer than they tell you it will take. Once the compounding pharmacy gets the order, you are in Queue limbo. I think that they must be taking on so many patients bc of their lower prices. I am also a published Author and am going to write a book about this Industry, and our journey so I will update this review when we finally get our medication. I prefer to write positive reviews but I want to be completely honest about our experience. So to be fair, I signed up, paid on June 2, and it is the 9th today. I received notice on 6/8/25 that it is the label has been printed. So I am hoping to be notified soon that it is in the hands of UPS. I will keep you updated.
UPDATE: UPS HAS MY PACKAGE ! So Brello is living up to their advertising, they have said 7-10 days.
I am raising my rating as I promised. When I get the medication, I will raise to 4 star .When I start the product and I see it works, I will go to 5 star.
UPDATE: I received my medication in timely manner, as promised. It came neatly packaged, three month supply with instructions, information, and syringes. It was clearly marked for each month 1-3. I have not started it because I had just taken my Semiglutide two days earlier but will start Monday. I am looking forward to seeing some better results.
I feel Brello did as advertised and promised, I have now dealt with 4 other providers between my wife and I , and each had it's own particular set of problems, mostly with price or quality. I can't speak to the quality of the compounder that Brello uses but judging by the packaging, presentation, they appear to be very professional.
BTW I started a Facebook group, please join - Semiglutide & Tirzepetide - My Weight Loss Journey.
I will document my journey and switch from Semiglutide to Tirzepatide. I will also show the results if any. Thank you Brello for the great service.

SCAM COMPANY - OVERSEAS CRIME NETWORK

UPDATE: CALLED COMPANY TO REPORT THAT THEY HAD NOT SENT THE TICKETS I HAD PAID FOR. SAID REFUND WOULD BE COMING. NEVER GOT IT, THIS MORNING I AM CHARGED FOR MORE TICKETS TOTALING $800. REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS FRAUD, UPON INVESTIGATION, THIS IS INDIAN COMPANY COMMITING FRAUD, DO NOT USE.
FIRST REPORT: My employee calls me at 5am to tell me that He is at the Airport and they do not have him on the flight. So we have to rebook on another flight for the next day at twice the price. Tried calling Flightsnest.com and they are not open till much later in the day. I will update this review once I get a hold of them . I read enough reviews now to see that they are possibly scams. We never received our confirmation number or tickets.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING - BAIT AND SWITCH

CK sends me emails describing easy to get loans for credit card consolidation, so I check out the offers, I see FOUR at 7.85% but when I submit, they tell me I am approved but the rate is 11.79% and a $1200 fee. WTH? So I try again and same deal. I thought CK was a trusted source of financial resources. Then I start reading all the bad reviews. What a world where this kind of ethics and way of doing business is the norm.

I went on their website to get some loan options, they show me leading Financial Institutions such as Discover, etc, but when you fill out information, they send you to a Accredited Deft Relief, no immediate answers, no interest rates listed, Bad Trust Pilot review as scams. I didnt apply for debt relief or consoling, I am a business man looking for legit lender and obviously it isn't Nerd Wallet with this BAIT AN SWITCH. I thought they were a reputable company but goes to show you can't trust anyone.

Finally aa AC Service You can trust

When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

Sketchy Service and terrible communication

I switched to Lumnimeds because they offered a better price on Semiglutide than my previous provider. I paid them for a 3-month supply but they only shipped 2 months Stating bud freshness concerns (Best Used by Date). So I contacted them asking them After a month and a half When I was going to receive my Next vial of medication. I usually communicate with them on their patient portal and sometimes it takes them a day to respond. I showed them on the text chain where they had told me that they were only shipping to and I had questioned why they were doing that. Even after that I get a message today that they tell me that they have already sent me 3 months Supply. So I call the compounding Pharmacy and they tell me that they had only shipped 2 months per Justin their doctor. They also stated that they had tried contacting Lumnimeds to authorize shipping the remaining medications but had been unable to contact anyone. So after hearing this I immediately tried to contact them via phone number provided to me by the compounding pharmacy. After holding I received a recorded message telling me that no one is able to talk to me and to leave a message. Needless to say I'm very skeptical and disappointed at their level of service and communication. I feel like there trying to not send me what I have paid for and that there might be problems with this company? I have spoke with different people and they all seem to be offshore farmed out call centers. That may not even be in the USA? When I communicate with them on my patient portal as I previously mentioned, it takes a while to get an answer and often it is the wrong answer as if they have no clue what is going on. I was going to sign my wife up with them but now we're looking at alternate providers.
UPDATE 5.10.2025: Finally received a reply on the portal and email. They make it VERY unreasonable to get the remainder of the medication I PAID for by making me go through the entire process again which I REFUSED. Then when I decided what the heck, I just NEED my MEDICATION, and went ahead and submitted to the complicated process again. However I was able to order. I was hoping to add my wife to get her meds there but now I am thinking they are too hard to deal with?

Olavita is selling HARMFUL Products from China to Americans

My wife ordered products from Olavita that immediately broke her face out with red sores, whelps, and more. When she tried to use the 90 day satisfaction guaranteed policy, they would not accept, told her they no longer accept returns. When we started digging into their reviews, online videos, complaints against them, we realized that they are selling a product that is being manufactured in CHINA that is harming AMERICAN consumers, then refusing to make right. Many online are saying the are a scam. We now believe this. We urge anyone that has been harmed to contact the Government agencies such as FTC, FDA and contact your Congressman. I am sure Trump would love to hear how about this.

We trusted our Business to them and Valvoline Advantage completely let us down

We have several One ton Ram trucks and were sold on the Fleet Advantage service by the Corporate office. We went three times for service at this location. Manager was very helpful. Had one incident where they didn't change the Fuel and Water filter but took it back to be completed. Was a bit of a hassle. My driver comes in off the road and we have to arrange him to come to Dallas for this service. Well we took it in to this location today and after getting the oil changed, they tell us that they can't complete the service, for us to take it to another location. They had 4 mechanics there and they said they were not strong enough to remove the two filters and to take it to another location. We took it to the one they sent us to and they wanted to charge Almost $400 for the filters and service, we had a FLEET Advantage agreement for under $300 for all the services. We wasted a day of our business. our time, and were treated very rudely, unprofessionally. We will never use them again for any of our trucks or personal vehicles.

TRIED TO CANCEL FOR MONTHS AND STILL GETTING BILLED

I have been trying to get answers, To cancel my billing, I spent hours talking to Camila, Freddy, Rueben, and outlined what I wanted them to do, I even offered to promote them in my Hotshot Trucking Network, but never got a single response, they changed reps every couple months, I was billed for 5 drivers when I only have two. Still waiting for action, only lies. I don't like to be harsh but they are bordering fraud. I srsly recommend that you stay far away. They have a good sales pitch, I am even skeptical that they are US based, possibly offshore.

They Mislead you with High Fees, don't be fooled!

I hate that I have to come on Trustpilot to complain but I feel like it is a valuable resource to working people like me. I book hotels regularly for my employees, and myself, for business and personal travel. I use Priceline for booking flights, they are good and fair on the prices for these. Transparent and you pay what they say you will. However when you book a hotel, the price they show you is nowhere near what you will actually pay. Case in point, I just booked 2 nights for my employee in Salina, KS, and I looked at CLC Lodging and Priceline, they were similar in price. So I called Priceline reservations to add my drivers name to reservation. When the CSR told me the total price, I told her that seemed awful high and was it taxes and fees, she said just taxes. I asked again? Are you sure? she assured me yes that it was. So as soon as I got off the phone, I checked CLC Lodging, and their total price was 196.78 and Priceline 228.90 Hotel subtotal

This is straight off of my itinerary . I have spent the last hour trying to get them to price match the total price but they won't. I feel that their tactics are very deceptive and non-transparent. Had the CSR told me that truth, I would of said - Thank you but I will book tru CLC Lodging , who are totally transparent and do not charge huge fees. It is only a matter of $30 but I do not like to be lied, fooled, or mislead , it is a matter of integrity and honesty to me. Some weeks I book several reservations a week and this could add up. Never again Priceline for Hotels!

My experiences with Prepass , pro and con

Terrible customer service. I have emailed them several times, no response, I call and get put on hold for a long time and I can not wait for them while I am driving.
Most of all, We use PresPass Plus for tolls, and since we have been using it, we have been getting notices from several States. They are billing us and charging us huge fines, late charges, and we are at risk of losing our MC or License. We are considering changing brands, this is not acceptable. They have not responded at all to take care of these or work out with Toll Authorities. No excuse for such bad service when we trust our business to them.
I will add this, the PrePass weigh station bypass has worked excellent for years.
Also like to add that I used the customer service submission form on website to request help and to contact me.
UPDATE: So after emailing, contacting, GETTING NUMEROUS BILLS/INVOICES/VIOLATIONS FOR PREPASS NOT WORKING ON SEVERAL STATES TOLL NETWORKS, THEY TELL ME TO MAIL TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS. SO I DO AND WEEKS LATER, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANTHING, ZILCH, NADA, ZIPPO. I EMAIL THREE TIMES ASKING FOR CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECIEVED MY SCANNED COPIES? NOT A WORD, I TELL THEM THAT I NEED MORE UNITS FOR MY OTHER TRUCKS, NOTHING. AT THIS POINT I AM READY TO SWITCH TO BESTPASS AND NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I LEARN THAT OTHERS HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEMS. I WILL BE WRITING A PRODUCT / SERVICE ON MY HOTSHOT-USA NETWORK FOR MY 500K MEMBERS. THIS ISN'T RIGHT TO TREAT YOUR CLIENTS SO BAD.

They are better at answering phone, email or submitting to website is still useless. Call them. They do have to get you to the right dept and I have not been getting bills from Toll operators so maybe they fixed their problem. When you do reach them, they are very nice and helpful. So yes, I was harsh on them but learned that you have to call them. I will keep updating my reviews. I gave them another star lol.
