Asurion uses very Deceptive Sales Tactics, scams!!

I went into Mesquite store in August 2022 to repair a cracked screen. The Manager told me that if I bought a policy with them that my phone would be repaired if it ever broke again. I just spend an hour dealing with them only to find that the policy covers everything but the phone. Why would I buy a policy like that? I feel I was scammed and that this is avery bad way to build a customer base. Very deceptive trade practices. I assumed that the Manager could be trusted.

They never seem to follow through or…

They never seem to follow through or resolve simple issues. I had a friend that I added to my Authority. He already had equipment and account, plus paid in advance. Next thing I am charged for his service and he never gets a refund. Then I remove him off my account and I am still getting notices to return equipment that he owns. He calls and talks to Keep Trucken and they confirm it is his equipment to keep. Today I get another email to return HIS equipment. What is wrong with them?

Customer Service is the Best...anywhere

Customer Service is the Best...anywhere. They are an example of what Customer Service should be everywhere. Their ELD device is flawless and has unmatched capabilities. My only complaint and it may be entirely on me, they did not show me or describe to me how to use it properly and could use some training. As a Hotshot driver I am regulated to follow the same rules as all truckers and have found out by trial and error through DOT inspections what I am doing wrong. I hope that the KeepTruckin people will be at the Hotshot Trucking Show USA /HotshotTruckingshow.com to offer a seminar on proper use.
