Purchased 2 used video games of eBay…

Purchased 2 used video games of eBay that never arrived, tracking is dead.. now they refuse to refund me because I've opened a dispute with eBay, will never use this company again..

After the order is sent, please wait 7 working days for delivery. Sometimes, the postal service may take longer due to factors we can't control. If your media items don't arrive within this time, we can replace them if we have stock or issue a refund.

When we attempted to initiate the refund, we received an error that stated the seller refund can't be triggered because of the ongoing dispute you had with eBay. It was after the dispute was closed that we were able to refund you on 10/10/2025 for both unreceived items. 

I truly regret the upsetting experience you have encountered.

Just put the Barclays app on my new phone as my other phone was lost, told me I needed to pay my Barclaycard balance I paid it.. not thinking and they're noticed I had already paid it two weeks ago, now it's impossible the contact somebody because they have taken payment twice

Do not under any circumstance use this company to buy expensive goods it is a nightmare to get a refund I bought a scope, it played up within the first day now I am waiting to see if I can get a refund, if not I will go through my bank.. you don't get this hassle with temu...
It's not the first time I've been scammed with a refund with this company I will be closing it down as soon as I get this sorted.

What a complete joke with this new…

What a complete joke with this new postage system.. you are now charging my customers just under £3 when I can send it for £1.50 and the cheek as well you charge them a buyer protection fee, i have no alternative but to stop selling on your platform and use my etsy instead

I no longer use them as you need to give an email address now as proof, and then you get spammed to death and back by them.. how did the courier do etc.. absolute nightmare. I'll use Parcel Force from now on maybe more expensive but you don't have this bs

Terrible how you can no longer get a receipt when you send a parcel, unless you give them your email bring back the old system.. Or I'll just use Royal Mail from now on.

PDSA Cardiff is not what it used to…

PDSA Cardiff is not what it used to be.. I've been waiting over a week to try and make an appointment for a lump on my dog, I had an email a few days later asking me for private vet history which I don't have, as my dog has never been to a Vet.. since then silence, i remember the good old days when you could actually phone up and make an appointment...
This is not a charity it is a business when the CEO is on over £233,000 a year..

Disgusting.

Disgusting.. that every time my 81 year old mother phones up to give a meter reading, she keeps being harassed for a smart Meter.. She's told you numerous times she does not want one.. she doesn't appreciate neither do I your stupid employees asking her why.. she doesn't have to give you a reason so stop harassing her. otherwise I will get her to change energy companies..

Do not use ENEBA.

Do not use ENEBA.. Use Somebody Like CD keys instead, this company is a scam.. they send you keys you can't redeem and then refuse a refund, the only way I got my money back was through my bank doing a chargeback.. AVOID...
The only reason the trustpilot score is so high is because they try and take down any negative reviews..

Don't waste your money with this…

Don't waste your money with this company.. I just purchased a xbox game pass core Indian key.. does not activate with any VPN I have tried.. can't get my money back so I will have to do a chargeback with my bank..

How can you confirmed key is working?? surely that would have made it useless.. Yet more lies from you the key doesn't work.. scam company..
