I have been with p4p a few years now and I have to say I have been treated marvellously by this company and the people who work for them , if ever I apply for a repair they are knocking on my door within hours.they answer the phone promptly and are always really helpful..

Please don’t change what you are doing

I needed a new iPad so I went to the John Lewis shop in Nottingham . This was actually my first ever visit to this store.
I’m getting on in years I can remember when I could walk into a store and an assistant would come over and ask if I required any help and it was a Pleasant surprise to see that they still do this in John Lewis ..
the assistant was very helpful without being pushy and I left with my new tablet.. so please don’t ever change what you are doing because you are doing it right..
I will certainly shop there again

Always out of stock …

Ever since Screwfix in Bulwell Nottingham opened I have been there to buy my tools ,but unfortunately I have now given up trying to buy my tools from screwfix because everything I ask for is always out of stock .. I know that all shops run out of stock from time to time but this is now getting totally ridiculous . I now shop at the Tool station if possible because I know that there i have a chance of actually getting what I need ..

I bought a iPad from this company, got it home only to find out it was broken. So I took it straight back to the shop where I was informed that it was tested before it was sold , obviously untrue because it would have turned on when I got it home.so obviously I then asked for refund as I had only purchased it a hour before.. I was then informed that it needed to be tested before they could refund my money.. the excuse being it had gone out of the shop door and the fact that it was only a hour since I left the shop made no difference it still had to be tested before my refund could be given.. and it might even need to be sent away for testing
But they agreed to testing it in the shop and found out that I was right and the iPad was indeed broken..so after a lot of time wasted hanging around the town waiting for it to be tested I got my refund.. . my advice is test your purchase before you leave the counter or like me you might regret it .. and remember they say they test everything they sell before it leaves the shop..
i don’t believe them !

and went into the Pret A Manger and was charged £3.35 for a cup of tea .. this is totally disgusting … they should be a absolutely ashamed of themselves…

I have been a member of the RAC for…

I have been a member of the RAC for years and the one time I needed help for a puncture after driving over a pot hole it was going to take hours to get to me so I had to ask the help of a local garage..
I will never understand how a company like the RAC can take your money in return for them promising to provide you a service but then don’t provide that service ? And you can’t do a thing about it , no refund, not even an apology. What other companies can get away with treating its customers like this ?

Amazon pushing there luck

The biggest problem Amazon have is there terrible delivery service.. if only they could get that right ? , but sadly I don’t think they ever will , and certainly not in the near future .
But remember the patience of the buying public will only stretch so far. Personally my patience has now run completely out..and I intend to keep away from online shopping even if it costs me more at my local store..

It seems like every day i come across a loophole on eBay for sellers to try to rip me off .. now I find that although sellers are obliged to pay for return postage for returned broken item they can just say they haven’t got any return labels and inform the buyer that they must return the item and pay for the return postage themselves. Obviously hoping that the buyer will believe it’s not worth the trouble…

On personal experience the battery Timpsons fitted in my watch lasted no longer than the multi batterie packs I get from the local pound shop except they are 10 times more expensive . So I got a watch opener for £4 and now change all my batteries myself ..
