Generally a good, quick and reliable service - a few delays due to non-availability of medicines which seems to be a universal problem.

Very good service, although occasional out-of-stock situations arise, but not a huge problem as I order early.

The product price was far lower than any other retail outlet - £100+ cheaper than some - for exactly the same product. Also free Saturday delivery.

Ordered Friday afternoon and it arrived just before 9 on the Saturday morning.

There has been some difficulty with obtaining one of my medications. There has also been some confusion with the medication ordered - largely due to my local health centre not allowing me to order the strength of pills that they had already prescribed.

I am an ex-AVRO customer who has been switched to Octopus, a process which has raised a number of issues which are being resolved. Integrating some 580,000 AVRO customers can't have been easy for Octopus, but they have kept us informed throughout the process.

On a personal level, it has been refreshing to deal with one person at Octopus, rather than anyone who is available at the time (as happens with so many companies). A big "thank you" must go to Gemma L, who has been handling my case and has sorted out any problems that have occurred.

Lloyds Direct is very straightforward to use, with plenty of feedback information regarding progress of the order.

l'm new to Lloyds Direct, so i've only used the service a couple of times, but so far i'm very impressed. Far better that standing in a queue at the local pharmacy.

Tracking information was good and accurate, and I liked the way in which the timespan reduced as delivery time got closer. The delivery crew were courteous and helpful.

I did not appreciate the gentleman trying to pressure-sell repair cover even before my appliance had been delivered.
