Well done Octopus
I am an ex-AVRO customer who has been switched to Octopus, a process which has raised a number of issues which are being resolved. Integrating some 580,000 AVRO customers can't have been easy for Octopus, but they have kept us informed throughout the process.
On a personal level, it has been refreshing to deal with one person at Octopus, rather than anyone who is available at the time (as happens with so many companies). A big "thank you" must go to Gemma L, who has been handling my case and has sorted out any problems that have occurred.
