Good overall experience

Good
Tracking information was good and accurate, and I liked the way in which the timespan reduced as delivery time got closer. The delivery crew were courteous and helpful.

Bad
I did not appreciate the gentleman trying to pressure-sell repair cover even before my appliance had been delivered.

The main reason we call after you place an order online is to check that everything is correct and that you are all set for delivery etc. We have found from experience that it helps to ensure that there is no disappointment on the day of delivery and it is why we have such a great first time delivery rate. If relevant we do take the opportunity to offer our AO care, it's something that we are proud to offer and many of our customers enjoy the added peace of mind that it brings. We do appreciate though that it's not everyone's cup of tea and you shouldn't feel pushed into accepting the plan and a simple no should be enough to bring that part of the conversation to a close.
