Hi just to update on my last review of italk about them having the power to take money out of my bank without my authorisation just because I made a one off card payment to the previously we they sent another tx stating I owe them more money don’t see how when my contract is ceased.
they assume I owe £39.97 and they say
Where you have set up authorisation for continuous payment (THIS IS THE ONE OFF PAYMENT I MADE MONTHS BEFORE THAT THERE REFERING TO BY THE WAY)we will attempt to take the outstanding amount through this using this method

To which I did and I spoke to a extremely rude woman called irena she was adamant they was taking the money even though I explained it’s elegal for them to keep my card details on file after a one time card payment PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IDIOTIC RULE THIS COMPANY HAS ITS WRONG ON ANY LEVEL

In regards to the continuous payment authority, this is advised when the card details are provided to us, and you are given the chance to opt out of this. This is also explained in section 5.14 of our terms and conditions which are provided to you when signing up and available to view at any time on our website.
