Worst service ever

Worst service ever! I received an item damaged in the post and sent them evidence of the clear damage. They will do everything in their power not to pay a legitimate claim, including asking for more and more (irrelevant) photos, taking 3 days to respond and then saying that the case is now closed.. Despicable criminals.

despicable

rude drivers. Ever time I am waiting half an hour for late bus. I witnessed the driver not stopping to collect passengers on an almost empty bus. RUDE! Information about routes and timetables is extremely lacking which may be typically Spanish, but is not acceptable in any company looking to make profits in this century. And customer service is non-existent. Alsa - you need to drastically up your game!

Liars. Lazy drivers can't be bothered to do their job.

I can accept poor service and I can be patient waiting for my packages, but I will not be lied to - this is unacceptable! Why do you feel the need to write nonsense like this:
"The consignee is absent or closed on the delivery attempt. look forward to providing a solution." Really? Again?
I would not mind if at midday you informed me that you were not going to get time to deliver my parcel, but to make me wait at home all day and then tell me I was not at home, I am not having that. Your 1 star ranking is well deserved.

Worst sim with the very worst customer…

Worst sim with the very worst customer service.
Blocked my new sim within 24 hours for no reason.
Took £30 for a month of credit which they would not allow me to use.
Made no effort to sort out the issue or refund my money.
Held my phone number to ransom which i still do not have back 6 months later.
UPDATE
2 emails were sent to lyca days ago and i am still waiting a reply, yet within 24 hours of this review lyca have been in contact to try and debunk it rather than fix it, which clearly shows where their priorities are.

Colchester store

Colchester store, the exit route is way too narrow. It can manage 1person pushing a trolley and their significant other standing next to them walking extremely slowly to block the way, then you have people oncoming because that area also services the cafe and toilets as well as all the tills. make it wider, the last thing i want to do after shopping is shuffle along as if i have all the time in the world. And those coinstar machines are an absolute rip off. I was going to cash up my change and have a spending spree until i saw the commission. I went home, Asda got nothing. Why dont you own the machine and charge commission for notes but free if spent in store to encourage shoppers??

Terrible service which takes far too…

Terrible service which takes far too long.
Why does it take 2 weeks to tell you they have recieved your passport? This is extremely stressful and unnecessary.
Why is taking an acceptable photo so difficult?
Why does it take so long to print?
Why dont you return the old passport as soon as it has been checked rather than 2 weeks after receiving the new passport. Again this could accelerate the process so your policy is ridiculous.
All in all it is another government system that fails due to poor planning and incompetence.

How dare you restrict what I can look at online? I am a grown adult and refuse to be put in a safe little box. Maybe you should be confirming age before selling sim cards so you can censor more appropriately in future? Or you could continue to lose customers like myself who are sick of this mollycoddled politically correct nazi lead society.

With customer service so poor I am…

With customer service so poor I am amazed that they have managed to gain 2 stars, I think one is generous. I have 2 items not arrive, so I have to complete 2 different claim forms before they will consider a refund. Every question is something that they can clearly see in my account, yet I have to collect these details for them, twice. They ask when I "should" have received the item (how the hell should I know, it didnt turn up) so they needed to look this up for me so that I could then write it on the form, because god forbid they have to do any work. Then they tell me that I have not completed the forms correctly, but do not tell me why.... If they could make this process any slower or more difficult then I would like to know how. It is a surprise that they have remained open for so many years.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. When I email you with a faulty item which I ask for repair or replace and specifically request NOT A REFUND, do not respond by telling me to return it to the store for a refund. I have better things to do with my time so stop wasting it and read my bloody email!

How can a store so big be so bad?

I can only put it down to lack of competition, because if there were any other store locally selling the range of goods that Leroy Merlin is supposed to, then I would always shop there instead. The store has huge potential, but management does not seem to care or have no desire for improvement as many of the problems are easily solved. The main one is stock issues - some very popular items always seem to be out of stock with nobody able to tell you when, or even if they will be back in stock. I often go there with a list of 20 plus items yet usually leave having purchased only a couple - do the owners have any idea how much money this is losing the every day? Another big problem is advertising items that cannot be bought. I have had this with many different items now, the latest of which was for floor tiles, where I have gone to the store to buy an item, which as per usual is not in stock and they cannot seem to get stock so I am told to go and order it on-line. All well and good except when trying to order on-line I am told that one item in my basket cannot be purchased, so I remove items one at a time until I am allowed to proceed to checkout, however on this occasion all 3 of my items were not able to be purchased! On returning to the store after much discussion I am told that yes I can order in store, but only if I get delivered to my home address (at the extra cost of almost 100 euros). I do not want them delivered to my home address - I want to collect them from the store which purports to sell them! So Leroys, tell me why you advertise items online and in store that you simply cannot provide. YOU NEED TO STOP THIS. If it was not for the lovely two ladies who spent a huge amount of time trying to help me get the tiles (the guy on the tile section seemed to give about as much of a damn as the management appear to) then I may have gone full Rambo in the store. Really I cannot understand the mentality, or how they get away with offering such a poor service.

Sick of the harassment, constant phone calls and texts for a "mortgage review". I have not had a mortgage for over 10 years, and I have never had one with Connells. In fact I do not even live in the UK any more, so why the lies and deceit? I do not know how they got my phone number but it certainly was not given to them for this purpose! Scammers.

This was given one star simply because they do not make it easy for you to leave. If I want to end my subscription it should be a matter of a few clicks on my account. No. Once you have found the button to end your subscription you get screen after screen of offers, "can we tempt you to stay?" and money off, and then after you have navigated through these you get told that you have to phone them to cancel - NO! I hate this kind of behavior and it has earned you 1 star, it is simply not acceptable. I will not be phoning you after you have already wasted my time, I will simply reject anything else that you send to me.
You have the facility to end subscription on your web site, so use it! If not then stop wasting peoples time and simply remove the "cancel subscription" button and add "to cancel you need to phone us", which will not make people happy, but honesty is the best policy. We are deceived enough by our government, we do not need more of it when purchasing beer.

diabolical

diabolical. Why does any company still use Hermes? They are so unreliable. A week has passed and my item was still not collected. I contacted packlink with all the information that they require and they emailed back 3 days later asking for a number which I could not find anywhere. This request was unnecessary, but if they intent to be such jobsworths they can whistle if they want any more of my business. 3 days later I am still waiting for them to reply with a solution.

"Please send us a support request so we can look into it as soon as possible." _ NO, I already did this and you wasted my time and did not respond for over a week, and then it was to say that you could not be bothered to search for my item unless I did all the running around for you! Get some customer service.
Too little, too late!

Customer Service Fail - 2 hours of my life wasted

I judge companies on how difficult they make it for you to contact them when you have a problem. There is no reason that any customer should be in a queue on the phone because a company is "extremely busy at the moment". There is no such thing, you obviously just have too few staff.And how about a simple email address for contact? Too much trouble I guess...
All I wanted to do was change the car which I had insured - a simple but very important thing. Wanting to avoid the phone queue I was thrilled to see Hastings boasting how easy it is to change details in "my account" on-line. Fantastic. So I accessed my account, typed in the details of my new vehicle and pressed the quote button. 5 minutes later the little "working" wheel was still spinning. 10 minutes later even the wheel had got bored and buggered off but still no progress and the screen had frozen, so i moved on to the chat box.... 7th in the queue (I was later to be told that there were 40-50 people waiting earlier in the day) I only had to wait 8 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of questions (which I had already answered) only for the chat box to disappear
just before I received any of the information regarding my quote. Great. So I finally resorted to my personal pet hate, the telephone. After the longest pre recorded message I think that I have ever had to suffer through (they are always irrelevant to my reason for calling and massively frustrating, so why do they do it?) I went through the usual maze of push this number for x and that number for y, and before I had got anywhere I had already lost another 15 minutes of my life. Then to sit on hold with annoying music, interrupted at all too frequent intervals with a chirpy voice announcing how busy they are today (not helping), I finally got through to speak to somebody after 45 minutes. This conversation went on and on, mainly because there was either and impossible echo to contend with, or major digital interference, but after some time I was actually getting there, until, once more i had to sit through the necessary legal jargon before they would allow me to pay. Literally seconds before i was to give my card details my phone went silent. i do not know if i got hung up on,or if I had been so long on the phone that I had used my entire month of minutes, but either way, i am not a happy chap. so that was a total of 2 hours down the drain. When will these people learn to take the important details FIRST and then bore you to death with all the legal rubbish AFTERWARDS?

If you have a problem, do not even attempt to get a reply because they will not read your mail and will only give a canned response if you get a reply at all. 3 months and unpteen emails later I have 2 replies which have nothing to do with what I wrote to them.THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE! Give your money to somebody else instead...

UPDATE. Dear Mr Lebara. It is a little bit late to offer to look into it now. I gave you 3 whole months to sort this out while you were stealing my money, you did nothing. If you really want to fix this then look into why your staff ignore email after email. Find out why you decided to stop my monthly plan from repeating. it seems clear to me that this was no accident, my experience shows you as nothing but a bunch of con artists.

Lebara, how low will you go? So now you try to have my review removed by calling it defamatory! Firstly that would have to mean that my review is not true, but it is 100%. Secondly your company would need to have a good reputation in the first place...

UPDATE 3!

AS IF TO PROVE HOW DESPICABLE AND LOW THEY COULD GET LEBARA HAVE REPORTED THIS REVIEW AND GOT IT REMOVED! Guess what lebara - it is back here, it is still true and the harder you try to remove it, the worse you will look!
