the worst of the worst, after THREE attempts to set up my electricity account they still keep cancelling it and not one person can tell me why. I've raised complaints and get no response either. absolute joke of a company.

Bought a honeymoon beach bag for 50% off (£13) plus £1 next day delivery, absolute bargain! Arrived next day and sadly the letters were hanging off the bag, it was poorly glued. Glad I didn't pay full price! So I contacted customer services for a faulty item query and I got a reply SO quick and after sending them photos they offered me a FULL refund. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I got to keep the bag so have glued the letters back on. Martin and Hasnat were especially helpful :)

iPhone XR 64gb - went with Mazuma as they quoted the highest out of others, they state they PROMISE the quoted price unless extension damage to the handset(s). My iphone was not damaged, I had it for less than a year with a hard case and screen protector on, ZERO internal or external damage. I left it super secure with DPD collection and although the turn around is quick, I got told there is screen damage and £150 was taken off the quoted price. To save faff I got the money HOWEVER, I left the screen protector on so I can only imagine that the so called "screen damage" was done by the technician checking the phone. I will never use Mazuma again, and I will ensure that ALL my friends, family, colleagues, even passers by in my area know how awful Mazuma is!! I feel cheated.

We are sorry to hear of your experience,
All devices are thoroughly check by each technician. Any screen defect must be noted prior to sending, this can be from screen burn, white marks in the display, yellow halo or pink marks, this is the same for cracks, chips, cracked housing etc. This is why we have a grading process in place. If your device does not match the grade you initially selected then we will amend your order to reflect the correct grading.
Our warehouse is fully protected to ensure each device is handled carefully whilst in our possession. This includes full rubber flooring as well as foam mats across all benches. Our technicians do not have any tools to test a devices as its cosmetic and functional testing all done by hand.
If your device has physical screen damage such as a crack, then we advise submitting a claim for damage in transit. If it is an issue with the LCD then if you have purchased this device within 12 months, you can have it repaired under warranty as the screen would be defective.

We as a company are fully aware of the issues that have happened over the last month.
Unfortunately we had some issues that arose as a result of Black Friday being far larger than we ever expected which severely effected shipment and customer service times. We are pleased to say now we are right back on track.

absolutely amazing! super easy and fast payment. i've used them twice in a month and am so happy i found this website! the most recent time i got my money via PayPal same as the first time however i was charged a fee this time round? not sure if it's LoC or PP though...

Thank you for your review! PayPal charges a fee of 20p plus 3.4%, as explained in our FAQs. PayPal's boss is Elon Musk and we think he's using the money to fund rockets to Mars. Next time you see a Space X rocket on the news you know that it's funded partly by the pennies Elon pinged off your payment.
(feel free to choose bank transfer or cheque next time, no fees for these).
