The vaccum doesn't actually suck up the…

The vaccum doesn't actually suck up the dirt. I get stripes of dirt and dog hair. The tube then gets clogged up. It was top of the list for recommended battery hoovers, hence why I bought it. But it is rubbish.

The parcel took 5 days to get here

The parcel took 5 days to get here. Everyday I would see an email saying this is your 2 hour window and at 20h45, the email would come in saying. No parcel today.

Still waiting for the delivery after 3 days of promisesd

I was told my parcel would be delivered in a 2 hour window - it never turned up and no communication why it hadn't. Day 2 it was 'out' for delivery with a 2 hour window - not delivered again. When I look on the app, it still only says that they have the parcel, but not that it is out for delivery. I am now on day 3 of sitting at home waiting, and the 2 hour window has passed.

Yodel don't deliver the parcel any where on time, if at all.

I have been waiting for 3 days for Yodel to deliver my parcel. They give me a 2 hour window and don't turn up at all. Ninja Kitchen, you need to change your courier company to a more reliable one.

No customer service available.

I have had a few problems with my Tesla 3. The passenger seatbelt would not clip in. All service requests are done through app, and they seem to get back to book the car in. The technician was sent out to me, which 2 weeks I could not take my car in to be looked at at a service centre. Now my car won't lock, and again I can't get anyone to schedule a time to have it looked at. I am looking to sell the car less than a year after getting it due to bad customer service.

Avoid! They don't have enough drivers to fulfill the contracts

Our flight was delivered, so I texted the driver to let him know, before we even left. We arrived at Geneva airport, and had a message to say we had been allocated a new driver, but no contact detail for the new driver. After 15 minutes waiting, I rang the headoffice, and the lady said the driver was 15 minutes away. A number then came through for the driver, so after 30 mins, I texted the driver, and he said he was 5 minutes away. The driver finally arrived 2 hours after we landed. At no point the company or driver contact us to tell us why he was so late. Had we known, we could have gone upstairs for some dinner and drink. We finally let the airport at 9pm.

Poor stitiching quality

My daughter used her jacket for 1 week skiing, and the stitiching came undone in the right pocket. She is left handed, so would use her left handed pocket more, but she only uses her pocket for her phone. Very dissapointed in the quality.

Stay clear, awful company

Stay clear. Awful customer service and delivery times. They were very quick to take a deposit, and I was told 3 months for installation. I waited nearly 4 months, only to be told they thought we needed planning permission to replace a like for like door. Two weeks later I had confirmation from the council that we did not need planning permission. Anglian only then ordered the door and took 6 months to install it. The fitter wanted payment in full before he left. I had waited 11 months for the door, they could wait 3 hours for an online payment.

Disappointed in the final finish

Disappointed in the final finish. The paintwork on the repaired part came out matt, whereas the rest of the car was a shiny metallic. The gentleman tried very hard, and I can’t fault him at all. The paint was perhaps the wrong choice. The repair is thus quite noticeable. I replied to the email in the comments below - not heard anything back!

Be cautious of bulk impression making clinics at schools.

There is a lot of choice of designs.
They take impressions of hundreds of children at schools. All get thrown into a bucket/box and on 4 separate occasions the impressions were squashed and the mouth guards did not fit. I was then sent a HomeKit to do myself. But I had paid for a professional fitting, not a HomeKit!
