Avoid! They don't have enough drivers to fulfill the contracts
Our flight was delivered, so I texted the driver to let him know, before we even left. We arrived at Geneva airport, and had a message to say we had been allocated a new driver, but no contact detail for the new driver. After 15 minutes waiting, I rang the headoffice, and the lady said the driver was 15 minutes away. A number then came through for the driver, so after 30 mins, I texted the driver, and he said he was 5 minutes away. The driver finally arrived 2 hours after we landed. At no point the company or driver contact us to tell us why he was so late. Had we known, we could have gone upstairs for some dinner and drink. We finally let the airport at 9pm.
