All around terrible experience - Updated to "Got much better!"

All around terrible experience. Trying to chat via the web or app is useless. Trying to call is the typical insurance game, keep you on hold as long as possible hoping you hang up.
Submitted claims, received email confirmation of submission stating "We will be reviewing it soon and will be in touch within the next 3-5 business days." and of course that did not happen.
3 weeks later I've already spent an hour in phone calls trying to make any progress. They gave excuses that didn't even apply to one of the pets claims. Stating they need SOAP notes for any non routine treatments. One pet's claims is only routine. He had zero medical issues.
On hold for a manager now. They're making me wait more, it's currently been 20 mins. It's intentional and I'm aware.
Let's see how this plays out. Either way everyone should know what the experience is like dealing with these people. I'm sure they train the employees not to call back and let things remain pending while in any loophole available, until finally the frustrated customer has to call.

UPDATE
I hung up on the call waiting speak with the manager after 35mins. I called back and I'm so glad I did. I spoke with someone who actually cared about how she did her job and the customer. She explained what the previous person did not. That missing piece is what made everything make sense.
I have done what was suggested. I'll update this review as things progress. Currently changed from 1 star to 2.

Update 2
Nicole rocks! Whoever is reading these reviews from MetLife Pet should know. Spoke with her 24hrs ago and already had one claim paid. She actually explained what the issue was and gave relevant information during our discussion. As opposed to the first person I spoke with who just kept repeating the same thing over and over again and not being very helpful at all.
Upgrading the stars to 3. There's still pending claims being worked through. I'll come back with a final update.

Final Update
I changed to 4 stars. In the end our lil furry guys were appropriately covered. Nicole really saved the day. It took one call with her to change the whole process and get reimbursed in a timely fashion. She took an extra minute to explain how things work. Had Nicole been my first call, more than likely I woulda never ended up here. Any one have problems ask for Nicole! haha

Exceptionally poor service from 1800accountant!

Hard to describe how poor this service is. I do not recommend anyone using 1800accountant.com. In my experience they are completely incompetent to handle tax returns. I signed up for a few things one of which was a review of my prior year return. The guy reviewing it said "This is too complicated" and did not do the review. Still waiting on a refund after 2 months. Which brings me to, 2 months ago I asked for a refund for the review. Was told someone would be in touch. No one ever called. Just called back and no one put anything in the system when I called previously. They've had all my info since the end of December and my tax are still not filed with less than a week before they're do. Waiting to hear back from a manager now. This is the second time I'm having to get in touch with a manger to get my account moving again. They have a client portal which might as well be nonexistent with the lack of communication from the team assigned to you. I keep receiving emails saying I owe them info, which I don't, the requested info was sent over a month ago. I click the message button in the email and there is no message, that's because I took care of it already. I message them in the portal to ask what's up and they tell me I owe them info. I then go through the portal in the uploaded docs section and take screenshots to show them I've already uploaded what they're requesting. Not only did I upload it but messaged them and explained the document. Ever single step of the process has been annoying with this company. Save yourself the misery and DO NOT HIRE1800accountant.com.

Review of Coinbase

DO NOT USE COINBASE!!

Coinbase was my go to place for crypto until recently. Over the last 6 months everything about Coinbase has turned to garbage. Consistent issues with the mobile app, problems with funds when making a transaction, and sending BTC out of Coinbase. Worst of all is their support. They absolutely don't care about their customers or resolving issues. Either that or they have totally clueless people working support with no supervision. Happy to leave my case number since support no longer replies. Maybe this will get their attention.

This is an update 10/3/19 one day after posting the above...
After no valid response from support Coinbase has just overcharged me $50 for a transaction. Charging two different bank accounts for the same transaction. That's after already giving me a refund for overcharging account previously.

I will keep updating as this ridiculous saga continues. I submitted a new ticket for the $50 over charge explaining that due to the previous ticket I incurred a new $50 over charge. Mind you, that is after them already reimbursing me for a previous over charge. They said the case is being worked on via the other ticket which is impossible as this is a completely new issue. I was just over charged yesterday, the previous ticket has been open for some time now. I replied advising this was a new case only to receive an automated message that my case has been closed. I submitted another new ticket, will update how this plays out.

Seriously, stay away from Coinbase.

Excellent wallet with a great team

Excellent wallet with a great team. Easy to use with nice features. You can purchase crypto with credit card inside the desktop wallet. You can also exchange/swap currencies in the desktop and mobile apps. Support is very helpful and responds in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend atomic wallet.
