I absolutely love using Touch note. It lets me be creative, with endless options to choose from, and I am often traveling, so it makes it easy to create cards from anywhere at a moment's notice. People all over the world love receiving such personalized cards. I often have trouble with the app closing itself down and making me start all over from the beginning, which has driven me out of my mind almost to the point of giving up. I've also had to reorder cards that never arrived; however, I am overall thrilled with my experience, for years!

The item took a long while to arrive and the courier had it too long; so, I had to ask customer service where it was. CS responded right away, offered to replace the item if not received soon. The item arrived and looks very nice. I appreciate the help!
