Non, ce n'est pas une arnaque. J'ai reçu mon carburant gratuit. J'ai trouvé leur service client très serviable et réactif. Oui, la période pour en bénéficier est limitée afin d'éviter de payer des frais d'abonnement, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.
Similar very poor experience of their delivery. After a couple of week started emailing with no initial response. Then told it would be investigated but had to chase again for update. Then told it was a change in shipping regulations which was nonsense as the goods were ordered a month before the regulatory change. Again chased by email and yet again had to chase the chase email as they don't have the common courtesy to respond. Still waiting for a response as to when I will get the goods let alone the goods themselves. Shocking!
I ordered flowers for a Sunday delivery. A third of those delivered had lost their heads the remainder were woefully drooping and failed to revive 24hrs later. My elderly mother in law was very disappointed. When I complained I was told no action or refund unless I provided photos. I thinks that's highly discriminatory as not all have access to such tech which is the case for my stepmum. Would avoid this company poor product and even worse customer service

My lens arrived late but was very well packaged and Onestop have advised they will refund the express FedEx charges. Sadly poor communication let this company down but their were extenuating circumstances involved in my case. I would be happy to place future orders with Onestop.

If you no longer wish to keep the lens, please let us know and please do not open the package. We will provide you with a return address where to send the package to. We will reimburse all your shipping costs if you could email us the postage receipt.
If you do decide to keep the lens, we will give you a refund on the FedEx delivery upgrade, as we failed to deliver the package to you within 3-7 working days as stated on our website.

Poor Quality Fakes Sadly did not see their reviews prior to purchase. Product picture and description on website did not match goods received - Instead of stained glass I got painted plastic.
Signed up for a months free trial. first lesson next day was awful no audio or visual. Watched lesson recording afterwards and decided to cancel free trial day after sign up. Call received from Shaw academy following day saying will give you free access to whole of module 1 of course but had to wait 24 hours. On re entering 24 hours later and selecting course I was then charged £49.99. Contacted credit card provider and blocked Shaw academy and registerd transaction as fraudulent as unauthorised. Shaw academy initially claimed they could not call me, also said they didn't do refunds. Tried to offer other services in lieu of refund. Told them that if they didn't then would go to small claims court. Then they offered a partial refund but I declined, full refund or court. Took just over a week back and forth but I got my money back from credit card provider. Shaw academy said they would also refund but would take up to 7 days and they put it in writing. Will update this if they actually do give a refund. Very unprofessional business, with some very unethical practices would strongly suggest you seek services elsewhere.
Update - don't worry re the reply from Shaw academy just further lies, I got my money back and I urge you all to stand firm ignore their lies and if necessary go to court it's a simple process. The more of us who stand up and refuse this behavior the better. Good luck to all.
Further Update - To their credit Shaw academy kept their word and did also provide a refund.

Unfortunately, the issue remains that the terms and conditions were made readily available, you have clicked on the “Buy Now/One-click Purchase” button to make the payment and the making available of our terms and conditions furthermore we made available the content for which the payment was made. We cannot offer a refund in these circumstances.
Once the lessons are made available in the student's account, it cannot be disabled. Hence, we cannot refund.
