Avoid Beerwulf - Delivery Hell

Unfortunately, Beerwulf use Yodel as a delivery partner. I ordered x2 kegs on 12th September. Yodel delayed the delivery with no information to say how long this delay would be for. I contacted Beerwulf who recalled the package and sent out a second parcel quoting delivery to be "within 1 to 3 working days". This was 4 working days ago. Today Yodel have marked the second package as being delayed and subsequently marked as "returned to sender".

I had very similar problems when I actually ordered the machine. Yodel held parcels for weeks at my "local" depot without releasing them. I believe they wait until it is convenient for them to deliver as opposed to fulfilling the contract between Beerwulf and the customer.

In short, do not buy from Beerwulf. They sell you an expensive machine but fail to get beer to you. I believe it's a failure on the part of their delivery partner however they have used that partner for some time without acknowledging the failures. Therefore the critical problem shows no sign of going away and I am afraid accountability lies with Beerwulf.

Go with their competitors instead.

Avoid at all costs

I believe this to be a scam. Item ordered 2 weeks ago and no change to order status since. You try tracking it and the status remains “preparing to ship”.

I contacted customer services who are slow to respond. When they did reply they also simply told me it was preparing to ship. When I requested they cancel & refund they replied quickly to say that’s not possible as the items have been shipped.

Avoid at all costs.

Go elsewhere

Installation was straight forward for the engineer apparently but as the end customer I can confirm the product is poor. The user interface is awful. It never picks up our actual WiFi (which is very strong throughout the house) and the settings to do a simple timer are overly complicated. The thermostat is also inaccurate. You have to turn up your thermostat highest to feel heat. I wish we had gone with a different supplier.

Thank you for your review - we are sorry you are having issues.

Thermostats should be constantly connected to WIFI and should not drop out unless there is a WIFI issue or power cut / router is turned off normally.

The temperature you have to set the system to will depend on your base temperature and where the floor probe is installed.

Poor Delivery Service

Beerwulf products are good but unfortunately they choose to sub-contract delivery to Yodel. As couriers go Yodel are the worst in the UK. As such, two parcels were held in a depot with no updates for days on end & the delivery was over two weeks late. When you contact Beerwulf they have no influence over Yodel and when you contact Yodel they lie to you about when delivery attempts will be made. This obviously damages your opinion of Beerwulf. As the seller it’s their obligation to ensure timely delivery.

We've been working with Yodel from Beerwulf's launch in the UK and they have been great at improving their service so far. Where is it?!

Same issue as many who review. Ordered a Blade and Moretti starter pack off an advert which clearly stated “order now for delivery before Christmas”.

All that has turned up is the dome. Two other parcels appear to be sat in a Yodel depot indefinitely. Any contact with Beerwulf is useless. Their customer service is very poor once they have your money & the money is taken quickly. Yodel is just as bad. All they do is apologise and say they can’t help.

I understand that it’s Christmas and it’s busy but all other parcels have arrived on time. Beerwulf seems to have a major problem delivering on its promises & assisting its customers, which is terrible given the high cost of the product.

Would highly recommend you avoid.
