My pet dog became very ill, so immediately made a claim through PDSA. Within 4 days of treatment PDSA agreed to pay the claim and paid the Vet in full. The whole process was quick, no arguement from PDSA and very simple to make the claim online. Thank you PDSA.

Vivary Golf course was in great condition, however I struggled to get an ideal tee time, however when I turned up the course was not as busy as would have been if members who booked actually turned up. in the end it made our round a lot quicker and more relaxed.

I called Spark to discuss a change to my direct debit. Spoke with a guy who was really helpful, and despite the additional usage over the winter, he understood the circumstances, and reduced the proposed direct debit increase.
