Easy to set up, but it easy to recommend someone.

Booked Zizzi Port Solent got a text the day before saying we confirm your booking reply yes if still going so replied yes,
On the 14th turned up at 7.50 for a 8pm booking couldn't even get in the door me and my wife stood outside in the cold just waiting to get in the place.
After 15 mins got to the door waited about half an hour later was half way in the restaurant not sign of staff saying sorry for your delay at 8.40 we gave up and went home. why do you over book if you don't have room for my booking. spoke to a bunch of poor people sitting at a table with lots of people waiting to be served we ask them how long they have been waiting for there food they said 50 mins and counting.
We are regular's to this restaurant, never been let down so badly before by them.
Shame on you for making what was going to be a special night to a shit one. ended up having a bacon sandwich at home.

They normally look after our dogs impeccably, but on Saturday we took our French bull dog in to be seen. They done a scan x- ray and bloods then needed to operate on her and they said that she had cancer and it wouldn’t be fair to her to bring her back. So sadly we let her go. They kept her over the weekend and we collected her today to take her to the crematorium she was not only put in a bag but had been frozen like a bag of spuds and as went we went to say our goodbyes the crematorium they said sorry the body is too twisted and frozen solid to lay her to rest for us to say goodbyes they said it would be inappropriate to see her like that, so they said we can only she her face as the body so was twisted and frozen that it would be to upsetting to see. So we said our goodbyes only seeing her head. Not the goodbye we wanted, so painful to lose her but more painful knowing she was dumped in a bag and left to freeze in that way.

It's now been 2 weeks since i started to try and get my winning money back. it's funny they can take your money but not pay back my winnings.
They still owe me £700 they have had all the proofs, e-mail to confirm this. I have e-mailed them 4 times not one reply. you can talk to them by phone the chat line is a joke and I still don't know when I will get my money. I hope this message gets to them so we can talk. not a great company. Gary

Hi Have play on there site they were happy to take my money.
I have won so went to collect it they said we need ID fair enough, gave them ID on the pay out it says it will take 2 days, well its been 10 days now still haven't got my winnings the on line chat is a joke no one reply's i have e-mailed them with just one reply, which wasn't very helpful and you can't talk to them on the phone so i have my winnings sat in there account and can't get it back. very bad service.
