Reluctant online shopper

With reluctance I ordered a pair of ankle boots. They did not fit so have been returned at my own cost which I truly resent. It was recommended by the Post Office I used a signed-for service (due to the value of the item) which cost me £5.55 which I find unacceptable. Online shopping has been foisted upon us whether we like it or not and I definitely do not!

Disappointed petite lady

Generally I love Boden BUT am very disappointed in the length of the Petite range skirts/dresses which are still way to long for me. As a 5ft 2ins lady I am the classic "petite" size so why make them ankle length? I thought about having the tiered skirts shortened but then they would be unbalanced with the bottom tier being more like a frill.

On the Ball

I managed (for the first time) to have my phone call directed to a lovely assistant called Caitlin in Team A. She understood my complaint perfectly and actually did something about corresponding by further emails to keep me updated. I am extremely grateful to have her as a future contact should I experience any other issues. She is a credit to Octopus - well done Caitlin!

I have been a loyal supporter of Boden…

I have been a loyal supporter of Boden since the outset as I found quality clothes at reasonable cost but I'm very disappointed with recent orders where you have cheapened up the fabrics being used. There is more synthetic content or indeed fabric is totally synthetic. I personally feel this is a mistake and people like me who are only interested in natural fibres will walk away.

All the fabrics were cheap

All the fabrics were cheap and not very Boden.
One of the coats I ordered was screwed up like a rag. It would have needed to be professionally steamed to remove the creases BUT the fabric was not up to standard and I didn't want to keep it.
I was bitterly disappointed when I've always been delighted with Boden in the past.

Disgusting - not fit for purpose and a waste of time and effort.
It took from December 2020 - 21 September 2022 for an unsatisfactory conclusion to be reached.

Order took almost 6 weeks to arrive and the rose was clearly dead.

The decline of the best known manufacturer.

Bitterly disappointed with the decline in quality of this brand. Appallingly bad cutting of puzzle pictures resulting in much frustration and poor fitting pieces.
Also colour pictures not included in 3 instances other than the tiny imagine inside the polythene bag or the one on the box.
I shall not buy again.
