Had my renewal quote from Wiser Choice at £123, an increase of nearly 20%. Went to a comparison site and found the exact same insurance cover for £99 with Wiser Choice. Why didn't Wiser Choice just offer me that in the first place? Have stayed with Wiser Choice due to the lower excess that could be potentially charged than other brokers qouted

Staying at a CMC site is rather like your favourite armchair, you know what service levels and facilities will be like before you get there. You know the check-in time, you know you pick your own pitch, you know there will be an info shed etc. So when changes happen there is always a bit of a wobble, for example, not having waste disposal bins at the the various service points. This I found to be an inconvenience that I wish had remained in place. There are others hence why only 4 stars, however, in terms of cost of membership vs the sites and savings we made on bikes etc, its well worth joining.
One negative, I tried to take out the Motorhome Insurance with CMC, had a nightmare trying to change over and so ended up staying with my current provider. Beware!

Review of A & E Leisure
Had VB Basic Semi Air Suspension fitted to my Motorhome at A&E leisure. I was planning to fit it myself, and found a YouTube video which showed the same kit being fitted at A&E Leisure for another Customer. After getting a quote for supply and supply and fit, I decided to book it in. This was as a result of realising that I might need to get a bigger jack, but more importantly the technicians looked very Customer focussed on the video. For my job, the team at A&E Leisure that I came in contact with went out of their way to be helpful, especially James, who advised me on the best place to fit the inflation valves for the Suspension and took me through the fitting process, whilst answering my many questions once complete. It was such a breath of fresh air to have work carried out by such a group of friendly and helpful technicians. Well done A&E !!

Review of GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service
Have been with Green Thumb for many years and initially the lawn treatments continued to improve our front and back lawns.
During 2021, the lawn was looking tired, so I terminated our agreement with Green Thumb and took it on my self to aereate and rake the lawns, re-seed and top dress them, and the result during that summer was better than expected. This was a lot of work, so having the lawn in good condition I re-engaged Green Thumb to maintain them.
By late Summer 2022 the lawns were were full of weeds and moss again, so was at the point of giving up with Green Thumb. However, I had an impromptu visit Neil Booth from Head Office in St Asaph, and I explained to him my disappointment regarding the state of the lawn after the work I had carried out the previous year. Mr Booth listened and promised he would do his upmost to improve the state of the lawn as well as my confidence in Green Thumb.
True to his word, we had an additional treatment in the Autumn of 2022 FoC, and he came back some weeks later to review if the lawn was improving. It wasn't, so Mr Booth and I agreed that the lawn required aerating and raking, again FoC and he would return in March/ April 2023 to carry out this task.
Again he contacted me, arrived on time and carried this task, with a further visit planned for May 2023 to review progress and to Top Dress.
The support, openness and Customer Service that I have witnessed and received from Mr Booth has been excellent, and has restored my faith in Green Thumb.
