Can't setup an email and password on your website.
The email box drops the last letter so needs to be rectified

You said ageas told you to cancel the contract as you dunt cover trikes but your website says otherwise. Ageas veried they themselves never got your quote in their understanding department. So that means someone in your department never made physical contact with ageas themselves who have confirmed they willing to quote via you and they happy with the disability responsible adjustments within the law to accommodate the broker ( you in this case )
It was Jan in Gloucester who actually help me with contact information to complete my quote advertised me to ask you to reach out to them to complete the disability responsible adjustments under the disability discrimination law under the quality act 2010
After all ageas are the ones who pay out if a claim made not you directly which is why they advised me to inform you my licence is correct and rhe terms of contract is allowed with you , you just gotta be willing to physically communicate with ageas directly and your higher up seems to miss that stage . Ageas never got your quote to their desk , the guy I spoke to after Jan found it odd you said you sent a quote and they told you to cancel despite they never got it in first place
So was there some miscommunication between your higher up and yourself as ageas never got it and been waiting two days for it
So sun e they willing let's sort this now you know they letting you to quote if you physically speak to them
Decent price and easy to deal with my policy online 👌

I purchased a new bike after not riding for 8 yrs so had to start again with NCB I went through most of the compare sites and Wiserchoice always came up the cheapest by quite a bit. I know its online only but the chat portal is easy to use and I was able to confirm any details of my circumstances which gave me peice of mind when confirming my details.
