Beautiful and worth every penny

Whilst I appreciate my order which was an oak board with coligraphy writing would not have exhausted this wonderful companies threshold. The finish however is beautiful. I felt guilt attaching hooks to it. Just wanted to look and enjoy it, on its own. It was wrapped up a goodun so not to leave risk of courier damaging. Hartwood team thank you. Even my children said wow. And they normally grunt so that's truly something. X

Helpful and tolerant of me the rude customer.

Originally scored one. As hadn't received it. But after contact from them and me being somewhat embarrassingly rude to the chap for which I am sorry as I thought it was the courier. Tail wedged between legs. KI METALS not only helpful but overly tolerant which their worker should not have been with me. So 5 star all the way for above and beyond helpful, sadly I was not 5 star. Thank you for chasing the courier.

Lovely chap delivering

The courier was pleasant, polite and professional. Text notification perfectly accurate and helpful so not to miss delivery. Very good experience, as sender had lied they had posted my item on two occasions and driver also helpful in identifying and informing/proving when it was collected.

Engineer a legend and website rubbish

Any contact from an engineer has always been five star. The three stars is the very failing of making it clear what is actually owed for energy on their website. I know everything is stressful and changing but I was meant to get a smart metre and this was cancelled by British gas. Annoyingly I book annual leave and wasted this. And I go on the website and cannot see my recent monthly charges thus not knowing if my payments are enough and left scared of putting my heating on.

Wasted annual leave and they cancel twice

Ordered end of December' stated delivery with 10 to 15 days. Received no updates for over 3 weeks. Was sarcastically told it would be sent. Taking into account how hard it seems to get hold of people there. We were told delivery was arranged and it was cancelled day before so annual leave wasted. And being a psychiatric nurse. My leave and money is important. Then to be told they would get it sent out after blaming the courier. Who never received the product. Emma stated they did. We however contacted the courier and this was sheer dishonestly. We're given a new date. Again staying home all day. Time slot was set between 1030 and 1330 and nothing arrived only to see on the tracking it was cancelled. They have failed to give a refund. And now can only be deemed as cowboy traders and at this time I feel defrauded. 😪

Incorrect three times in a row. Snug systems questionable

Quality of furniture wonderful. Delivery company used. Splendid. Ability to send the correct items dramatically questionable. We order an L shape sofa and they sent two of the same angled pieces for the corner. Previously the zip broke and they sent the wrong colour replacement and then right colour and wrong size. So there are system errors which we as indivuals have had three in a row. Which by percentage is concerning. And getting through to humans has proven impossible. With no answer and try again later. We have emailed and await the answer.
