These guys are scammers. Trick you into a trial period and even though you cancel during the trial period, they take 2 weeks to process the cancelation which is after the expiration of the trial period so they charge you for the next year. But will only agree to a refund if you leave a 5 star review. SCAMMERS.

Actually we have a good experience. Drivers were timely, courteous and efficient. The only thing is that we paid for a Van to pick us up at the airport, but only a regular car showed up. Do we get a refund for the difference? A Van picked us up for the return trip.
