How easy it is to submit a claim and get reimbursed

I have a subscription and it comes on time every month alerting me before that the order has been placed. Then I get an email that my order is on its way. then within a few days I receive my order just in time so there is no lapse in using the supplement.

I am impressed with the product. Not pleases with the customer service. Total lack of communication between installers and main office. First attempt to install, the installers were not unformed that we have a pergola and they did not want to do gutters above pergola as access was difficult. Drone pictures were taken by salesman that showed pergola. I am sure these pics are available to installers. So job was not done on first scheduled date (Sept 2, 2023) rescheduled for October 3, 2023. A No Show from installer. Called customer service again and was called back to reschedule for Oct 11, 2023. Two guys did come and complete job but my husband was told a field examiner would be there in 20 minutes to check the work. Again a no show. Like the product but i think it is expensive as not a lot of man hours to install and installation is not complicated.

I bought a personalized cat frame for my friend and she LOVES it. Thought it was beautiful. She sent me a picture of it with her new kitten’s face already in the frame. Thank you for putting a smile on her face

I purchased 4 decals of my dogs and gifts for friends. My friends loved them and I was very pleased on the likeness of all 4 dogs. A real fun thing to share and flaunt. I wish I could share the pics on this site for you to see the quality.
