Products are amazing, customer service very disappointing

Products are amazing, but customer service very poor. I have had 2 occasions to call, but the person on the other side of the phone was rude, I had not finished my call and they put the phone down. One of the occasions I asked about credit I should have received for reviews 3 in total at £5 per review, but not received anything. I was told you have to wait 30 days and again put the phone down. I still have not received anything credit. Should not offer credit for reviews if it doesn’t get given.

Beautifully made coat I received from…

Beautifully made coat I received from &SONS. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the coat fit, it was regular fit, but found it more of a snug fit, I would have described it as a tailored fit. This maybe because I have very wide shoulders, chest and back

I rated this as below average based on the service as I am really happy with the car, but a bit confused with the service I received. I bought my used car at the Newport branch, I had a private number plate on my car and was told that I would have to purchase car wait for my log book to come back and then I would have to resent it myself later. My mother bought a used mini Actually paid less than me the following week From same dealer but from Swansea branch. They are changing her Private number plate for her before she collects car and she has been given 12 month break down cover, but I have not. Really confused why the same dealer gives different service.

With regard to the private plate transfer, the reason we do this afterwards with you is to speed up the handover of the vehicle to you.
