The staff, both at the Hanworth store, and the people who delivered and set up my fridge and dishwasher, were friendly, helpful and informative. They were the ones who smoothed my experience.
The one downside was that I was charged £65 to have my fridge doors reversed, a job that took just a few minutes. Either you should charge less or pass the money onto the people who actually do the job.

Review of Palace Plumbers Ltd
Spencer was professional, efficient and went the extra mile. I threw a couple of curveballs at him, asking him to remove the bath panels and check the flooring underneath, which he did and it was fine. I also asked him to put up a shower shelf for my shampoos etc. which he also did. And gave me a recipe for a vegan pizza base too! I'm very happy :)
