Should really be zero stars

I ordered a selection of cupcakes from the Cake Box via Ubereats, to be delivered the following day from the Loughborough branch to my student son for his birthday.
On checking the Ubereats apps after the scheduled delivery time it said that the order couldn’t be fulfilled by the Cake Box and had bern cancelled at 21.35 the previous evening. No text/email/phone call! I phoned the number given on the website for the Loughborough store and went through to a central number where I treated to the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. No apology, no explanation, talked over me etc. I asked for the name and email address of their CEO so I could put in a formal complaint. Refused to divulge and neither the girl nor her equally rude supervisor would give me their names. I have no idea whether the Loughborough shop are aware of their head office’s tactics as I haven’t visited in person but this has been such a bad experience that I won’t be giving any business to this company ever again and will warn others to avoid like the Plague.

I bought these on behalf of my elderly…

I bought these on behalf of my elderly mother who has quite stolen and stiff feet. I’d tried quite a few other brands but nothing was suitable. Ended up keeping both pairs of sandals. She is very pleased with them. Only improvement would be a better range of black sandals - she ended up with navy as there weren’t any on the site.

Great service

Great service, quick delivery and loved the item ordered. Using immaculate Vegan enabled me to get a 10% new customer discount - if I’d ordered direct from the supplying company I wouldn’t have got the discount as I’m an existing customer of theirs.

Didn’t really like the mat when it…

Didn’t really like the mat when it arrived. The colour was darker than expected and looked like something my ban would use. It also cost me £8 to return as hadn’t realised free returns weren’t offered.

Can’t really comment as orders on behalf of elderly mother

Can’t really comment on product as I’d ordered on behalf of my non IT literate mother. She seems happy with the brackets although yet to be fitted. Service good and delivery prompt. Chose this product over a competitor’s as the delivery charges were much more reasonable.

Great company and service

My mother is delighted with her beautiful garden furniture. Delivery was within the stated timescales and we were kept fully informed along the way. Emails were responded to within a couple of hours (including one sent early evening). I would highly recommend TGFC - exemplary customer service and fairly priced quality products.
