AVOID…..My 3 hair colours arrived having leaked…
My 3 hair colours arrived having leaked everywhere because the lids were not screwed on properly. The products should usually arrive unopened and in little boxes so the fact they were not in boxes and had been opened is concerning as to what they do to products before dispatching.
I’ve ordered many times from this company but never again after the highly disappointing customer service that they clearly lack and need training on! I emailed asking for replacements and even sent photos to show how it arrived, the team tried blaming the delivery company for damages which is a joke as they were not damaged, the incompetence was their end but would not take responsibility.
I paid full price for the products only to be receiving less product and they would not send a replacement but sent a £2.99 refund.
Not in any of my emails was I told I could have a replacement and it was the first thing I ask for as I needed the product so that’s a lie!
I was offered a refund at 20% which I did agree to but was only given the refund of £2.99 which is for 1 bottle when I lost product from all 3 bottles as they had all leaked, so where is the 20% refund for all what I have lost?
