AVOID…..My 3 hair colours arrived having leaked…

My 3 hair colours arrived having leaked everywhere because the lids were not screwed on properly. The products should usually arrive unopened and in little boxes so the fact they were not in boxes and had been opened is concerning as to what they do to products before dispatching.
I’ve ordered many times from this company but never again after the highly disappointing customer service that they clearly lack and need training on! I emailed asking for replacements and even sent photos to show how it arrived, the team tried blaming the delivery company for damages which is a joke as they were not damaged, the incompetence was their end but would not take responsibility.
I paid full price for the products only to be receiving less product and they would not send a replacement but sent a £2.99 refund.
Not in any of my emails was I told I could have a replacement and it was the first thing I ask for as I needed the product so that’s a lie!
I was offered a refund at 20% which I did agree to but was only given the refund of £2.99 which is for 1 bottle when I lost product from all 3 bottles as they had all leaked, so where is the 20% refund for all what I have lost?

After receiving your email and photos regarding the leaked hair colour products, our customer care team reviewed the case and explained that unfortunately, the specific item was out of stock and we were unable to offer a direct replacement.

To resolve the issue, we offered a 20% refund on the affected item, which you agreed to. As a goodwill gesture, when processing the refund, we issued 25% instead of 20% to express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We understand your disappointment, especially as a returning customer, and we are reviewing our packing procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We never intend for any customer to feel unheard, and your feedback is helping us improve.

If there is anything further, we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Driver did not knock and I was home at…

Driver did not knock and I was home at the time , parcel was left on my patio outside my front door for everyone to see and potentially take.
It has happened before unfortunately and there are a few hidden places they could have left it had I not been home but I was so a knock would be great .

I’m really sorry to hear this—it’s incredibly disappointing when a driver doesn’t make the simple effort to knock, especially when you’re home and the parcel ends up left in plain sight. You’ve clearly pointed out that there were safer, more discreet options available, and it’s frustrating that they weren’t used. Elliot The Great

What made our experience great was the warm welcoming of Elliot who ensured we were getting a great deal on any sofa in store that we liked. After going next door to DFS to check their sofas, it was a clear winner as to who provides the better quality, customer service and prices on their sofas. SCS as a company and Elliot went through everything with us, explained every little detail to each sofa we enquired about, extremely efficient in providing us with the most up to date price and deals available in store. The finance process was fast making our visit to the store even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend getting your sofas from SCS as they value their customers a lot more than DFS and most importantly, they have Elliot, a valuable asset to the company in my eyes. Looking forward to our new affordable 3 seater recliner and 2 seater static being delivered, we will most definitely be back to the store for more furniture purchases in the future.

Untrustworthy company

Absolutely disgusting the way I’ve been treated!! Waited over 3months for my items, in the end fed up of being told they will be delivered on certain days that I waited in for I ask for a refund which I was told will take 3/5 days and I didn’t receive it so chased it up again to still not receive any of my money back. All I ask for is my money back and now suddenly no one is replying to my emails,texts or phone calls! This company should not be allowed to trade.
