Very pleased with Michael Steel from Scottish Gas for helping me make a decision about replacing my old boiler. Arrival time communicated very effectively which meant I wasn't hanging around unnecessarily.
Michael listened carefully to what I wanted, offered lots of very helpful information to help me choose and was also a valuable source of general information about how homes will possibly be heated in the future. He explained the product, the removal of the old boiler and the installation of the new boiler and the finance options very clearly.
