They couldn't cancel the booking so then I cancelled online through your website and I didn't get a credit for the next booking. This user experience is the worst I have ever had.

The Homelike staff in Cologne called me at home in Thailand after I submitted a request online - that was a fantastic surprise and really helped everything go faster and smoothly. They then contacted the landlord within a day with my request. That was so efficient and professional. I was very impressed.
